They put a scratched up bumper on the back of my SUV after having it at their shop for seven weeks. They told me that I would need to return my SUV to their shop to get a bumper that is not scratched up. They cut my driver seat and denied that they are responsible. I will be suing them and asking to criminally charge them with destruction of property. They also increased the price by $1,600 before they would return the vehicle to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am in the process of getting a refund from the bank for this hack job! Fraud! Scam! No wonder they have only been in business since 2019! The owner threatened me with legal action if I contacted her any further. Her name is Julie Walker. The SUV was also returned with a “brake override system failure” error. I had to fix their mistakes for them long enough!

I would never take my car to a place like this I’ve been in the automotive industry for 13 years doing paint and body work I went to work for these people for two weeks I didn’t get paid their excuse was my direct deposit account number was wrong I asked for a written check they said I have to wait another week to get that the place also had a problem with materials they can’t even afford to buy the products to do the job properly or correct none of the technicians are properly trained or know what they are doing do you want your car worked on by people with little to no experience I wouldn’t they have cars sit around for months simply because they can’t afford to buy the parts for them not because the parts are on back order this place has a big money issue I wouldn’t trust them to work on anything of mine they don’t use proper procedures on repairs if you want your car worked on by a jack shop this is you go to place

Owner is extremely nice and very polite but they drag their feet to get the job done in a timely manner. It’s taking forever to get a simple job done. Have been dealing with this since September and we are end of November. Can’t imagine how long will take to get a job with major damages. Very dissatisfied and stressed out about how long it’s taking to get my car back.

It was unfortunate when I got in a car accident. I had many options but Dj collision center stood out the most. I took a leap of faith and went with DJ Collision Center. I thank God for all the staff who put in their hard work to make sure my car was fixed and through all the uncontrollable’s they were able to deliver in service. I thank God for Julie Walker. She kept a strong communication through the entire process. I highly recommend DJ Collision Center.
