This mechanic shop is horrible. I currently have my car here and I can't even get ahold of them. They've been ducking my calls for days now and literally for over 2 weeks I've been lied to on 4 different occasions about when my car will be ready. This shop takes on WAY to many jobs that they can't handle at once. Horrible place.

We recently broke down about 45 mins away from Richard's shop. We live 5 1/2 hours away and we're on our way home from a hectic week. I was frantically calling mechanics looking for someone to repair our alternator the same day. Every mechanic I called was a bust. Then one mechanic shop I spoke to referred me to Richard's shop. I called Richard's Automotive and they were amazing. Not only did they accept my vehicle the same day for the repair but they accommodated us after our tow truck driver arrived hours late to their shop. Richard stayed open late to make sure the repair was made the same day so we could make it home as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this mechanic! I wish he lived closer to my home as I would always take my car to his shop. Richard's Automotive is very professional with great pricing!

Great longstanding community mechanic. Mr. Richard and his son deliver quality service for our family cars. Whether it be rebuilding a transmission or rotating your tires- they will help you for a great price. My father has used their services for 4 different vehicles for nearly a decade.
Great neighborhood spot. The mechanic is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've taken my car there for several years and the price is very reasonable. The improvement can be in communication since they have limited office staffing.

Brought my car here for AC repair. Took them two days to diagnose. The problem told me it was wiring issues charged me over $200 for the repair. Got my car back two days later same issue persist I called letting them know about the issue, they want me to bring the car back. I bought the car back took two days again and they’re reporting the same wiring issue needs to be adjusted once again got the car back issue persist. I called back letting them know. I’m having the same issue I would like a refund and to only be charged for a diagnostic fee. They want me to come back to give up my car for two days again and tell me the same thing again they refuse to give me a refund and I don’t trust them to properly repair or diagnose my vehicle for this issue. I’m giving them one star because of that businesspractices I took my car to another shop. They quickly found the issue which was not wiring. My AC is not running. I did not pay more than $100.
