A thorough gentleman waiting to receive me as soon as tow truck entered in his premises with diagnostic tools. After suggesting me what the issue was, he found the part online and suggested me how i can save money by going to the store and get it. Long story short he showed me the highest level of education a person could have, took care of my vehicle and his services were rendered at very surprisingly low price.

I have frequented Richard's shop for 15 years asking for more or less serious repairs. He is a very skillful and knowledgeable technician in all makes of cars. His price is very competitive and much, much lower than the dealer price. Whenever I took my car to another garage I was sorry not to make the extra 30 mile trip from home to have his expertise. Have always trusted in Richard for every repair my car has ever needed. He is very knowledgeable in his work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does because he repairs with care, I have never had the same problem twice with my vehicle. He doesn’t over charge, in fact, he highly recommends bringing your own parts to save the most money and even tells you where to trust in getting them. Richard is a good man. He has taken great care of my 16 years old Hyundai Sonata. I am appreciative of his fair pricing and honest assessment of work. He gives the option to acquire your own parts and will tell you what is urgent and what can wait a while. I have dealt with many mechanics over the years, he has always been honest and forthright in his prices and his work. I am sad to move from the area.
