I went for an oil change and inspection; I expected to wait a while since I was getting both done. I sat down to play a little Minion Rush and 15 mins later, the owner handed me my inspection form and said all finished. I was shocked. Even more so when he gave me the price… I pay almost double at my usual place! I asked him what oil he put in, since the price was so different and he told me- the same kind I always get. I was so impressed, I told him he was my new guy and that I’d spread the word. He should be your guy too!

I really don’t want to tell anyone about this place because it’s such a gem. But I’d be selfish if I didn’t share it. Customer service is awesome! Fast and friendly. I don’t like most oil change places because you often don’t know what you’re getting (even if they tell you). But these guys show you the jugs. You see them pouring it in. I’m a Mobil1 guy. Always have been. And that’s what I’m getting. And I swear these guys change it faster than I can. They even apologized for taking too long (had to remove the skid plate) but trust me…I was in and out in 20 minutes. That’s not long! This is my new oil change location. Five stars. **Update** Back again. Needed my state inspection this time. Still cannot say enough great things about this place. The owner is fast, thorough, and super polite! My whole experience is just awesome here. I wish all businesses offered the same great customer service I find here. I’d probably go out more. I Highly recommend Zoom Auto Care.

I have gone here for my oil changes the last 2 years. They always take good care of my car. I never had to wait more than 10 mins. They also have done my inspections and they are good with that as well. The workers are also honest. I thought there was something wrong with my car and they pointed out the minor issue (my car is low so have to drive up certain driveways carefully). The guy test drove my car with me and took his time with me. Even reassured me. He was honest and that made me trust that I can keep bringing my car up there for service. This is a must stop place for your car.

Don't let appearances fool you. They have always treated me right. Work has been well done. Prices are fair, and they don't upsell you. They perform the work you ask them to do, and thats it. They might mention something that looks like it need attention but no hard sells or anything like that. I even take my vehicles there to get the oil changed at this point. Definitely recommended.

I got new brake pads and rotors installed here.Afterwards, My car was making a lot of noise when braking. I came back to get it fixed. The issue did not resolve. Had to get a new set installed at another shop. The mechanic there told me whoever installed these did a bad job.
