Brought in my 2016 Ford fusion told them I had aftermarket coilovers that were adjustable that needed to be put in they said no problem I dropped my car off 4 hours later I get a call back saying that boss man didn't want to mess with it, after all that is said and done it was too late in the day for me to get what I needed done so I had to wait till the next business day

I went in for a state inspection and failed for high mount brake light out. That is not the problem. The problem is the inspector knew before he hooked up to state machine I would fail. So now they have to charge me $25.50 and give me 15 days to correct or loose my money. That is still not the problem, I used to inspect and never once did I hook up to the state when I saw an obvious safety failure . I talked to you the customer first but if I hooked up and found codes or not enough monitors passed I then had to charge you. That is still not the problem. THE PROBLEM IS THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER DROVE THE CAR INTO THE STALL AND UNLESS SHE IS A LICENSED INSPECTOR CANNOT DO THAT BUT EVEN A BIGGER PROBLEM IS THEY DID NOT EVEN DRIVE THE CAR FOR CHECKING THE BRAKING DISTANCE OR CHECK THE E-BRAKE AND INTEAD OF CHECKING MY GAS CAP THEY HAD A KNOWN GOOD ONE ON THE BENCH.IF YOU ARE GOIN TO FAIL ME DO YOUR JONB CORRECTLY

Cortez Auto!!!! I cannot complain about anything. I took in my 2016 Chevy Silverado for electrical short repair in my driver seat - AC/no cold air- plus they replaced my windshield. They had it back to me within 24 hours. They charged me a very fair price and they did it with a smile. I recommend them to anyone and know you will get a GREAT job! Thank You Roy and Jacob!!!

I've only had my truck inspected here,but it has always been quick service and a friendly atmosphere. No one there trying to up sale you anything or saying you need this or that, unless you really need it. I found out on my last inspection that they offer free diagnostic of the work I'm planning to do to my truck (Front end suspension). So when I do get time I will be taking it to them and also may have them do the work on the truck.

We took a 1982 pick up into Cortez to have the gas tanks replaced. The mechanics replace the gas tanks, and cold for us to pick up the truck, and stated that the truck would not start. We had to call a wrecker to pick up the truck, and take it to another mechanic where they found that the hoses were crimped Where they installed the hoses and the tanks. We had to pay $325 to another mechanic for the same job and when we asked Roy to reimburse that amount only, he became upset and would not give us any money back. They did not perform the job in the first place correctly. We had to have it done again. They charged us $450 and we were asking only for the 325 that it cost us to have it done again. They refused. This.

staff doesn’t wear masks. 2nd time i’ve been here since the pandemic started, and both times the staff had an attitude when i asked why they refused to wear masks. don’t give them your service. go somewhere that chooses to protect our community.

I had got a oil changed to my car in this place .Once the job is done ,it was start leaking at one of the mechanic noticed that and took it back again fixed it.After a days of driving somehow oil started leaking again from the car ,thought it was a different problem.I went to another repair shop to diagnose the issue ,They told me that ,leak came from the oil filter ,previous oil change job has not done properly.Wasted time and money in this shop .Lack of professionalism in service .
