I moved from out of state and didn't know where to find a good mechanic. I've heard and experienced horror stories of either not getting my car fixed the way it should have or paying double to triple the amount that it should have costed. Referred to them by another shop in Webster because they can deal with “difficult cars”. After three other shops would either ignore my vehicle and make little to no attempt at troubleshooting or throw parts at it Dynamic Solutions took two weeks, spoke with me several times to keep me updated, followed the issue to its source and changed one part after providing sound rationale. Price was fair and they did resolve the issue. This is my shop.

Two major repairs, done at the same time, costing me over $1600, and neither were fixed when I got the vehicle back. When I returned the vehicle to have repair #1 redone, I was told that in addition to the $1100 that I already paid, now it was going to cost me well over $300 to get the follow-up fix done. So, it turns out I had paid $1100 already, plus diagnostic fees for a $300 or $400 repair. It then took them OVER 6 WEEKS to get it done the 2nd time, and during that time I argued the new fee. They finally agreed to at least waive the new charges. And during that 6+ weeks, I was told a different story every time that I talked to somebody on why it was taking so long. Repair #2 was just to fix an old minor oil leak that I’ve lived with for years. The repair estimate from these guys was considerably cheaper than any I had received in the past, so I decided to have it done, otherwise I WOULD NOT HAVE. I paid them over $400 for this fix. Well, turns out they didn’t diagnose it correctly and, so, didn’t fix the leak. When I returned the vehicle for them to fix it right, I was told that it was a brand-new leak that would cost me OVER $1600 MORE to have fixed. It is NOT a new leak. What they’re saying is a new leak, matches diagnostics and estimates given to me by reputable, competent, repair shops in the past. At a minimum, I’m entitled to that $400+ refund. But, through all of this, I never heard an apology. Never heard anyone there admit to any errors or wrong doings. Always the fault of somebody or something else. Never saw anything made a priority to make up for their mistakes. When I originally took it in, I had also asked for them to take a quick look on what might cause an intermittent brake warning light. It was repeated back to me as the ABS caution light and I replied, “No, the Brake Warning Light”. “Same thing” was the reply that I was told and even though I corrected the individual a 2nd time, ABS light is the way that it got written up. And so, that request was futile. I’m sure they’re capable of doing an oil change but I personally wouldn’t risk it.

I was in Dickinson over New Year’s when my car started stalling when starting it. The team at Dynamic fit me in last minute on New Years Eve and were able to diagnose that my fuel injection system needed to be cleaned. My car is running so much smoother now. Dynamic put my mind at ease that my drive back to Colorado wouldn’t include the stress of my car acting up. Thank you all for the kindness you showed an out of stater.

Can’t say enough about this shop! I’ve had my classic truck in 3-4 times. They went above and beyond to fix an issue I had after the first time in the shop making it right. They also accidentally over charged me once and called a few days later to apologize and issue a credit. Who else does that? This will always be my shop of choice.

After spending hundreds of dollars with two other mechanics with no fix to my initial concern, I took my vehicle in and within a couple hours it was diagnosed, repaired and back in my driveway. I love Dynamic! All of the employees such as Rick the Owner, Jessica, Rick H, Chris, Baeren, Tim & Corbin are all fantastic employees. I have gotten my headlight housing, clock spring, wheel bearing, and tires fixed here all at a great reasonable price. In addition all of it was a great turn around time!
