Richline auto care center dis an amazing job. Not only did Jason multi-task working with my vehicle he also got it done in an amazing time frame. Other automotive shops like Firestone in Independence Mo off 23 & 291 they didn’t even want to run a diagnostic test. They weren’t even interested in handling my electrical problems. Mr. Jason got it done.!!! Period and charged me away less than Firestone. I have already recommended Richline motors to several of friends I work with. They are taking there vehicle needs to them. I also had to make it to a surgery for my daughter and between both situations, I was going to be without a vehicle. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car in for repairs, and it was stolen from their lot while in their care. The worst part? They didn’t inform me until two days later. When I asked how they planned to take responsibility, they said they would do nothing—because it was “my car” and not their problem, even though it happened while it was under their supervision. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, no accountability. Instead, I was told to leave because there was “nothing they could do.” Completely unprofessional and negligent. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I’ve had to take my car in 4 times for the same issue. Picked it up yesterday and the engine light is still on. They’ve already been paid by the dealership. I don’t think they honestly did anything to my car. The light was on before I even left the parking lot as shown in the pic.

Took vehicle in for ignition interlock and front breaks and rotors messed up my breaks as well. Dave and his workers Tore up and ripped the interior of my vehicle around ignition button and throughout the driver side dash. Sliced the door in my leather door panel. Scratched and scuffed exterior as well but i decided to let that go. They tried to deny Property Damage to my vehicle. They say they have so called video of never being in my backseat but wont show the video to show proof of this and you know why? Because its a lie they have no proof if they had proof it shouldnt be a problem and should be freely given and we can be done with it but they are trying to cover up their wrongdoing. Where is the video Dave? Scared to report to insurence company like he was suppose to. Will not be back. Do not go here if you want quality work done. Will lie and cheat you to the end. Dave is the worst Manager ever has no customer service skills whatsoever. A liar and a cheat. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE. They have no clue what they are doing. Make sure you all do a thorough check of your vehicle before you leave this place if you do decide to use this horrible establishment bad service all together. Had my car for 4 days and still couldnt finish the work. So i took my service elsewhere. Worst experience in my life dealing with these people. Not trustworthy whatsovever. Take a chance if you want to but you may end up like i did. Good Luck

Started coming here when we moved out to Independence, and I highly recommend. 10/10 I’m super skeptical of most places, but Jason and everyone at the shop has been upfront and honest since day one. After calling around for truck brakes, Jason took my truck information y came back with $700 quote plus tax, including changing all 4 rotors & brakes, including $100 discount special that was going on. Jason went above and beyond to make sure my truck was in top shape, even changed out a bad tire. Top of line care for his customers all the way to pickup and deliver my truck back in KCK. Came here and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the information I was given, and also with someone new looking and caring for my SUV.
