Friendly, helpful staff. Good service. Only hiccup was communication... don't bother trying to call on a Saturday. No one answers, even after 5 calls. I understand they were short staffed and quite busy, though. Its understandable, but should be addressed soon.

Devastated me on the cost. I had a simple radiator cap that was lose, and they charged me for pressure testing it, a new cap, and a bunch of other things. All the had to do was put the cap back on if they were honest, but they charged me about 300 for just putting a radiator cap back on

Great service, something went wrong with our repair and it required lots of extra work, they covered the problems and gave us a rental car , no charge.. salesman "Jesse" is nice professional and friendly. They have a policy that 8 of 10 = zero for cust service, well they/he scored a 10+ , thanks guys.

Extremely poor customer service. The service team lacks basic respect. The assistant service manager, Jesse Kinder, was incredibly rude in explaining a situation. Jesse has ZERO compassion, empathy or understanding. I understand why the employee turnover is so high. Go elsewhere!

After two visits within 6 months totalling $4k and continued problems, I cannot recommend this dealership service department. First service was for a check engine light - they replaced the torque converter as well as a bunch of fluids and did a full inspection. However, within a few months, the car started burning fluids. (Of note, though not a huge deal, the glove box had been disassembled for whatever they did but it wasn't fully put back together - we didn't mention it as it was something we could fix ourselves and seemed minor at the time.) The burning fluids led to a second visit where a few minor "repairs" were done and we were sent on our way. Fast forward a couple of months and something still didn't seem quite right which included noises under the hood. As we'd taken our Subaru to Rimrock twice now and continued to have issues, we found a real mechanic who identified several things that they confirmed were definitely overlooked by this place including but not limited to: - drive belt was cracked - idler arm needed to be replaced - water pump was leaking - rear brake caliber was seized - two lug nuts had been cross threaded when they did the brake inspection As such, we will not be recommending this dealership service center to anyone nor will we be using them again.
