I bought a tire from them two months ago. My tire went flat yesterday and when I called this morning and talked to somebody, they said they would repair and replace it free of charge. Tires shouldn’t be going bad in two months! I sent my nephew to go get the tire replaced, and upon arrival they looked at my tire and instantaneously tried to blame it on my rim and that they couldn’t do anything! We risked blowing the tire, taking it down there when they said they would replace it only for them not to. They don’t deserve even one star. Very misleading, unprofessional and not very helpful people. I will never buy another tire from them. Think twice before buying a tire from them especially if you are a person of African-American dissent. Because I just bet if I was a Mexican or Hispanic they would have fixed it no problem! They seem a little prejudice as well because they definitely wasn’t trying to help especially after sending us off. Then expected us to purchase another tire for $60 no discount or anything for the misunderstanding or miscommunication.
