I continue to be impressed with Ron and Clint and the crew at Riverside Collision repair! Ron is a honest as they come and that honesty and integrity to do the best job possible shows in all of their interactions. I first met Ron when a deer plowed into the side of my Chrysler 300C. My insurance company asked me to go to a specific body shop for a bid...which I did. I also got another bid and then someone recommended Ron at Riverside. Ron ended up doing superior work to what the other body shops described to me and saved me money at the same time. I joked with Ron that the lines on the Driver's Side (the side the Deer ran into) are now straighter and more perfect than the passenger side that came from the factory that way! More recently, my son was in an accident in his car and we went straight to Riverside. As expected, they did a fantastic job. But almost 2 months later the weather warmed up and we discovered that the electric radiator fans were not coming on and the car was heating up. After checking the fuses and not finding anything, I called Riverside and they had me bring it right down. They found a loose connection at the fans and had us back on the road the next day. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. You will not get better treatment or repair work for anyone else! Thanks Ron and Clint!

I don't write reviews, but Riverside Collision is -- without exception -- the best auto body and mechanical repair shop I've ever used. The owner, Ron Fox, is meticulous. Once we had a banged up car and when the insurance adjuster came out to look at it, he asked who we'd be using for repairs. I mentioned Riverside and he basically just put everything away and said, "Well he's the best I've ever seen; and he never over-charges." I agree. And when it comes to engine service or repair, I never have to worry that the mechanic will recommend unnecessary work. Riverside is set up in such a way that there's no incentive for a mechanic to recommend a repair you don't need. For parts, they show you precisely what everything costs them and what they'll charge you for it. The only surprises I've ever had from Riverside have been charges that were less than Ron originally quoted. It's nearly impossible to find this level of competence combined with such personal service and such absolute honesty. This place goes way above and beyond for its customers. I'd never go anywhere else.

Ron repaired my car after an accident. My radiator, condenser, headlights, hood, and bumper were damaged. He was great at communicating with me and being thorough, and cost efficient. I was really pleased with the service and the car ran well. Since then I have gone to Ron to help resolve new noises the car made. I would highly recommend this shop!

We are thrilled to have found Riverside Collision Repair. We took our SUV in to have a fender dent repaired. Amazing customer service and reasonable prices. They made absolutely sure that they gave us the best repair possible. They went above and beyond what was needed for the repair. Our SUV looks like it's new!! Riverside has always been my go to for any services I need on my vehicle. From suspension and mechanical repair to body work and paint. They ALWAYS give a fair competitive price and the work is ALWAYS quality. Any issues I’ve had they are able to get me right in and promptly get me back on the road in my vehicle as soon as possible. I would recommend riverside to anyone and everyone. Ron and his team are friendly and professional.

DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! I was referred over here by a trusted mechanic. Called in asking about getting an estimate for a car that only needs cosmetic repair. They asked about insurance and I let them know I had insurance but wasn’t going to use it. They said it was fine to bring the car in at anytime, no appointment required for an estimate. Well, me and my husband got up early and got me to work so he could get an estimate there. I’ll spare the details but we did a lot to make it work in the hours they are open 9-5. They TURNED HIM AWAY stating he had to get an estimate with the insurance first. CROOKS. Places will do this so they can max out repair prices with the insurance and have it look fair. It’s bull. Don’t go here. I’m so mad. It’s not that hard to look at a car and give an estimate of what it would cost at your shop to repair. It’s blocking consumers from making informed decisions. I’m now thinking over the relationship I have with my favorite mechanic over this too. It’s just bad business to waste a customers time.

I feel like I keep having issues with this place. I got my car fixed in July and, when I picked it up, it was missing a screw cap, wasn’t fully cleaned, and there was what appeared to be a “mist” on my then newly tinted windows that still can’t be wiped or cleaned away. I wonder if it was caused from overspray that occurred when they painted my car doors. Then, after being hit in an accident, I thought I’d give this place another chance. I needed my car repaired from the accident but also asked them to look into a strange noise that had started—they agreed. I got a call my car was done, but the extra task I asked them to look into wasn’t done or remembered. My car wasn’t fully fixed by the time I left. Recently, I took my car to my dealership for an oil change. I was told the issue I showed them was almost positively due to shoddy work done back in July and that it can take time for it to show. I will not be returning. EDIT***** The owner of the shop called after reading my review, and he apologized and offered to fix my car for free. I was impressed with him reaching out to me personally and appreciated his offer and his time. I did not take him up on the offer, but wanted to give him credit for his customer service.

This place takes away all the stress that comes with car accidents, damage, etc. The lady at the front desk was delightful! She was super transparent in explaining the costs in my quote and did an excellent job in keeping me updated on my car. The mechanic working on my car sent me texts throughout the week updating me on the car, as well as verifying any minor changes to the quote. When I first turned in my car it was a little muddy, but when I picked it up they had washed the entire exterior and even shined my tires! Seriously above and beyond what I expected from a service perspective. Finally, when the repair was completed, they finished ahead of schedule and the bill was actually cheaper than the quoted price! All around amazing service from the folks at Riverside, 10/10 experience for me.

After my truck got into a fender bender we were looking desperately for a good auto repair shop. I really liked that Riverside Collision was an authorized agent for Farmer's insurance (which made things much easier) We had a fantastic experience with Riverside. The first person we talked to was very friendly and got is in the same day for the initial estimate. We worked with Logan for this repair job and he was great to work with. The estimate was almost exactly what the repair came out to be. They worked quickly to order parts and get our truck in so we could get it back on the road. They even finished the repair faster than they thought they would. The repair was flawless and it looked like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend Riverside collision and will plan on going there for more autobody needs!

I got my car fixed here about 2 years ago and I’ve debated writing a review for that long. The woman there at the front desk was super rude and I am not satisfied with the work they did. They fixed the drivers side by the drivers door and front piece and area around tire. There were pieces missing and after they fixed it, my car made a weird sound whenever I turned. I went back to ask about it and the person there was rude to me and made me feel bad for asking. They did an ok job, like it did the job, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
