I called and spoke to a guy about a code on my car I already had read, he told me they could fit me in the next day in the afternoon. I showed at 12, and the guy ridiculed me for coming in during lunch and then the other guy told me they were "weeks out" from helping. I asked why I was scheduled to come in and the guy said "we could scan your car then"...obvious lack of attention to customer's conversation and completely waisted an hour of my time. I will personally help with their over scheduling as I will never go back.

We were traveling through Boise when our Eurovan camper had a major problem. John was able to get us in right away, telling us they try to prioritize travelers, which we really appreciated. Chuck's a great mechanic and was very thorough in diagnosing. They were sharp about where to order older parts, got them overnighted and we were on our way the next day. While awaiting parts, they figured out an electrical problem that was causing a rear tail light to go out. John kept us informed all along the way and presented a very reasonable final bill. They saved our trip!! So many thanks!!!

If we could take RMF with us on the road we would. This is the best mechanics shop we have been to. We had the real axle on our ‘89 VW Westy replaced and the guys also helped to catch a fuel leak. I have a ‘67 21 window that has been worked on by as many “ VW mechanics” as I can remember. None of them could get my guy running the way the boys at RMF have. They always take great care of our “Wilson” and keep him ready for the next journey. RMF is fair all the way around. I had a number of “gremlins” in my bus and they chased them all out and didn’t take me to the cleaners. They care about your car as much as you do.

I have an orange 1973 Super Beetle that is in need of some work. The mechanics at RMF are friendly, professional, and charge very fair prices. Even though I don't know much about cars, they make me feel welcome every time I go in for repairs and kindly educate me on exactly what's going on with my vehicle. The prices are good, and they go over repairs/pricing with you before doing anything which I also very much appreciated. Brent will be my mechanic for life!
