While I am not a customer of RMS Automotive, I can definitely vouch for the owner. Rob is second to none when it comes to details, making sure the customer is cared for in all regards, even to his tools being proper and organized! After years of working with him, I would not expect anything less than the standard and no one should either!

Auto repairs and upgrades, how can this be anything positive ? Well, let me tell you, it was a GREAT experience ! I'm an older guy and I remember what getting good service is like. I made an appointment online and they got back to me right away. They gave me an estimate of when it might be able to be done and sure enough, they did what they said they would do. So I brought my Challenger RT in and they finished Before when they said. Friendly and informative are some of what you can expect, and the guys found a few extra ways to save me money. Oh, the work was Flawless too. Go back in time to what getting Great customer service was like So Many years ago, I'll Never go Anywhere else, and I came from an hour away. Treat yourself folks, RMS IS Worth It !

Rob is an absolutely amazing mechanic and about the only person in Savannah I’d trust to work on my car. His attention to detail is great, he’s always extremely thorough in his work, and always is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the small details on the car are done properly in an OEM fashion. Can’t recommend him enough. Update/edit: now purchased wheels and coilovers through him. Got them ultra fast. Best person in the area to go through!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Rob is very knowledgeable and well rounded in all vehicles. Owning an Audi, usually comes with big dollar repairs. Rob not only had my car ready the very next day after dropping it off, but the price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend. Top tier customer service. Car people like car people 😃

Rob and his guys are quick and do quality work, needed a bumper painted dropped it off Wednesday and picked it up Friday, excellent shop to work with and would highly recommend to anyone. And once again Rob and his team delivered, crank hub and down pipes, oil change new plugs and car has never been better.

I can't say enough good things about Rob & Jason at RMS Automotive And Performance. They have a great deal of knowledge across a wide array of makes and models. Most recently they helped with a fuel system issue on my vintage 1985 BMW CSi, so they can even work on some of our classics. Great professionalism and fantastic communication. Great work gents!

Rob and his crew at RMS did a great job swapping out the midpipe on my car. They took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning but they seem to be insanely busy. Even for how busy they were their customer service was amazing overall! They missed a few things and offered to take care of it free of charge whenever I could come in again which truly shows their dedication to their customer base. Definitely will be utilizing RMS for any major services and future modifications I can’t handle on my own.

I can’t say enough good things about Rob and RMS automotive! He replaced an engine in my son’s Mustang with a new crate motor and it was the smoothest process! Had the motor shipped directly to the shop and had the car back to my son within days so that he could drive it to prom! Happy teenager makes for a happy mama! Then Rob took care of shipping the core of the old motor back to the place where I ordered it so that I could get a $450 refund on the old core! Rob was great at returning my text in a timely manner (usually within minutes). It’s been 3 months now and not one single issue with the car! Motor is superb! Highly recommend

The guys at RMS automotive did a phenomenal job, i took my 06 jeep to them with a blown engine. After the engine was installed there was a few hiccups that had us puzzled but they worked effortless to get it resolved and with amazing work they figured out the problem, got it resolved and it runs amazing. I’ve known Rob at RMS a little while now down here in Savannah and he’s always been a knowledgeable guy about near any car we’ve talked about at Cars and Coffee. I needed some suspension diagnosis and air pump replacement on my wife’s 2015 BMW X5. Rob was real quick to find the source of the issue and helped consult with me on finding a quality replacement pump that wasn’t a ridiculously expensive OEM unit from BMW. Had the replacement in within a day of getting the part and was back on the road in a timely fashion right before Christmas even! Talk about quality and speedy service at the busiest time of year. His prices were very competitive as well. I’ll gladly give RMS my business in the future! Pictures show saggy rear and no more saggy rear 😁

Rob and the team are some of the BEST mechanics in the area. I took my 2003 Porsche Boxster in for a mystery flashing check engine light that 3 other mechanics in the area refused to work on. They were able to fix it with seemingly little hassle. The price is extremely reasonable and they are willing to work with you on what work needs to be done now and what can be done at a later date. Quick turn around on my car as well, once it was diagnosed and parts came in was ready in a matter of days. If you have a Porsche this is the only place I would take it to in the greater Savannah area. Also text messaging the customer service number online is the best way to get a quick response. There is a reason they are on of the highest rated mechanic shops in the area and I am so glad I took my car there.
