That time came early as my battery went dead in the garage, after charging the battery the SVR wasn't working properly. I would Highly recommend Mr. Reggie !! Him and his Wife Mrs. Maria was very professional, Timely and honest! I so greatly appreciate them. I’ve been trying to find a shop that would be reasonable but also very good with bmws. I have a 428i and my car has been leaking oil for over a year. Mr. Reggie diagnosed it had the parts order and have my car back to me within a week. I left with Oil pan, Valve covers replaced, wheel speed sensor, and 02 sensors. I would highly recommend BMW Jaguar Solutions to any of my foreign car friends. Mrs. Maria and Mr. Reggie have updates so I didn’t have to wonder when my car would be ready. I recently purchased a used Jaguar XK convertible and was recommended to bring it to the foremost Jag expert Mr. Reggie to review the car and advise anything he considered needed attention. Well he didn’t disappoint he knew everything about my car and within a hour I had a video of his findings and recommendations. I told Reggie to fix everything and expected the car to be there for at least a week but somehow (and to my astonishment) it was finished the next day! and Reggie sent me a complete video detailing all the work he had done and the old parts. I also really appreciated Maria in the front office keeping me updated with text messages. My cat is now purring and if you need car work go see Reggie and Maria who will treat you with respect and do it right the first time.

The most fortunate breakdown ever... My 2016 Range Rover Sport experienced an alternator fail while in Savannah. I googled repair shops and luckily I was about a mile and a half from Jaguar - BMW Solutions. Reggie and Marie were so friendly. The customer service was superb and the repair work even better! Reggie is meticulous and knowledgeable. He even alerted me to issues that my mechanic in Florida missed. I would suggest you making him your mechanic. Just moved to Hardeeville with a Jaguar. Developed a coolant issue on the ride down from MA. Scoured online for a refutable mechanic & having little luck. Found Marie & Reggie, husband and wife team. Worked us in promptly explaining everything he saw and the how’s to fix. So reasonable & super efficient. We bought a used BMW X5 a few weeks later & it was leaking oil. Scheduled a service while we went on vacation & dropped the car off on a Sunday at their house to save them the trip to the shop. They even offered to drive to the shop to put it inside but that was above & beyond but I couldn’t put them out like that. While we’re away we received text updates and even sent videos of what / where the leak was, what was needed and an exact estimate. Was able to pick up Tuesday late afternoon even though it was ready at 10am. Everything with integrity and in mechanics integrity is very, very hard to come by…not good peoples but fantastic peoples. I just purchased a Jaguar XF 35T from Carvana and wanted to have it thoroughly inspected before the 7 day trial period ended. I contacted Jaquar - BMW Solutions and scheduled a full inspection for today. I could not have more pleased. The shop is clean and organized. Marie handles the office stuff and Reggie handles the car stuff. He clearly knows his trade - very well equipped and certified to handle anything on your vehicle. It turns out the Jaguar dealership in Hilton Head sends cars to him to fix so that right there tells you he is the real deal. Reggie spent 2 1/2 hours going through the car top and bottom. A couple items were discovered that need attention which should be covered by Carvana's 100 day warranty. Overall the car is in excellent condition. It was well worth the money for peace mind in knowing I am getting a sound vehicle. So happy to have this shop close to home.
