billy took my call about a chronic wear problem with my trailer tires... told me to bring it right in and he would assess the physical status of my camper trailer. Upon arrival he quickly assessed the issue with the undersized axle and wear caused to the leaf springs... he gave me an accurate quote and ordered the parts after my approval. within days he had the parts in and the repairs/repalacements made. These folks are great, accurate estimates and primo communication. I have already personally recommended them to several of my friends.

Billy was kind at first and sold the job pretty well. Unfortunately, I bought it! That’s my fault. Super expensive. Did a DPF cleaning for $4300!!! I knew it was steep but didn’t have too many options as we were already in an unknown territory. After I gave the green light on the job I got quotes over 50% less for the same job. Communication was lacking. If I didn’t follow up, I don’t think the job would have gotten done as quickly. My driver received the truck with footprints all over the cab bench. Sadly, just an overall negative experience. Greedy Mechanics! With a medium sized trucking company. Mechanics are like blind dates. Most of them don’t work out! I also asked for a military discount and the excuse for not having one was due to the size of his company! SMH. I’ve updated my review to 1 star. Approximately 4 weeks later and we already have another DPF issue after this $4300 job! We needed to Replace the exhaust clamp and seal on DPF.
