In 2023 I took my almost brand new, 2 month old, Tesla 3 model for body panel repairs. The entire left side of my car was damaged in a collision with a bicyclist. These guys replaced many body panels on the left side, fixed dents, and repainted the entire left side of my car. They did a job repairing the dents and putting in new panels. The alignment of the panels was good. The paint match was very good. But there was many problems with the repair. Mind you my car was essentially brand new with about 500 miles on it and I washed and waxed my car previously a few weeks earlier. So it was in fact in pristine condition (where the accident didn't damage). After the repair, this is what I observed. 1) They left a lot of fine scratches on the hood of my car and various other places not related to the repair. Very visible in bright light. 2) They left large visible scratches on my rear bumper. 3) There were various paint nicks on the footwell of the car that needed touchup paint. I touched them up myself. 4) The polishing of the paint was uneven and dull in some places. When I got my car home, I was able to see all these issues after having the car in more sunlight outside. I confronted them about these issues and they had to admit they didn't do a good job repairing my car and actually scratched up many of the panels. They manager made it right taking the car back and fixing all the issues. There was still some fine scratches on my hood but I was tired of complaining and just took my car back. I didn't like the fact that the manager there said I was complaining about the very fine scratches on the hood of the car. Mind you that my car was virtually new and I hand waxed it myself just weeks prior; it definitely didn't have those scratches there when I took my car in. Attached is photos of my car in which they scratched and damaged after I got my car back.

A really amazing body shop! We have a high-end Porsche that had some damage on the rear bumper. We so appreciated their honesty and integrity in the repair of our car. They could have charged us a lot more and performed work on the car that really probably didn't need to be done, however they suggested trying a less expensive fix to see if it would work to our liking and it was amazing! It is very rare to find this type of honesty especially when you're thinking about auto body shops and mechanics! I highly recommend them as does my husband! You will not be disappointed!

My wife took her Tesla here after being rear-ended in a multi-car accident. ROEM was professional, courteous, and outlined the entire process clearly. Ryan was knowledgeable and gave us accurate information regarding the possible damage, likely cost, and timeline to get everything repaired. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and coordinated everything with the insurance company (State Farm - They are a preferred vendor, and for good reason!). Quite honestly, once the vehicle was in ROEM's hands, we didn't need to worry about anything until it was time to pick the vehicle up. When we did, the vehicle was washed, cleaned, and they even charged it up to ensure we had enough juice to comfortably get back to life with our Tesla immediately! ROEM completely exceeded our expectations.. it's clear to us that their idea of service covers not just the things you expect from a body shop, but they also take ownership in their customer's emotional journey during what can truly be a stressful and uncertain time! Great job, ROEM!

I've not had any work done here yet, but I did bring my Sprinter for them to estimate fixing some issues I'm having with the paint. Raul was great, very knowledgeable and easy to talk with, and he was honest about various options for how to repair my van, including providing suggestions other than having them repaint the panel with the problem. He honestly cares about helping people. From what I could see, their shop looked immaculate and very organized. I would not hesitate to recommend Raul and ROEM.

Do yourself a favor, look no further than Roem for any auto body needs from Lamborghini's to Teslas. I had the privilege of working with ROEM Autobody. Ryan is nothing short of a miracle worker. He dealt with the insurance in totality. I never had to worry about anything as he kept me informed every step of the way. Also, this shop is extremely well organized, clean and they are very detailed with their work. They are second to none!

These guys are amazing . First off they’re one of the early certified Tesla repair shops and they’ve got probably the best paint guy in Orange County Which is saying a lot if you know how many classic car restorations and body shops we have here. The OC is pretty much Ground Zero for doing full restoration. Upholstery paint you name it.. Close by Irvine is in Mecca for automotive design. In 2021 I was in Idaho on my way to Sun Valley when I hit an Elk. About $26,000 worth of damage, they wanted to total the car, but I had to hand the car back to Tesla as a lemon, but I was waiting for a replacement so the car had to be repaired even though it was almost unrepairable . If they totaled that the car I would’ve been out $40,000! Well Raul of ROEM to the rescue .. Not only did he fix the car, the paint looked much better than when Tesla originally delivered it to me four years prior And all the body gapping was better than any Tesla Model X I had seen at the time . He really took great care of my car. My friends thought it was a new car. Anyhow, the car did get returned to Tesla and now I’m in a new Tesla model X 2023. That car was delivered to me with perfect paint as it is a refresh model and Tesla factory finally got paint right after they hired the # 1 guy in the world to do their paint program . So as luck would have it - some corrosive stuff from a hotel parking lot dripped on my new Ultra Red Model X so straight to Raulit it went for a full hood repaint and blend . This ultra red is like two colors a dark red and a bright red in certain light and super hard to match . I’m also a really picky customer because my father was a car collector and we had all sorts of Bugatti’s Maserati, gullwing Mercedes , etc. so I know paint and how to care for it . Raul as usual Sid a perfect job. I refer all my Tesla friends to him and we are all happy to have a skilled guy like this in our backyard . Oh and his communication skills are 110% he won’t let you forget details Important to you when your head is scrambled after an accident like don’t forget to get a replacement rental car. Really nice guy who truly cares. As Highly recommended as a person could be. And just for comparison, I’ve dealt with caliber collision in the past I had to go back for Orange peel and all sorts of issues on multiple cars, mostly girlfriend cars . A orange Subaru sprayed at caliber peeled and needed 2 redos, a VW CC had orange peel that was visible one white !! It was that bad ! So it’s Raul at ROEM and never caliber for any GFs ! ROEM, great guys , great service , integrity and thorough on the details and paper work! I used to cringe when I needed paint work , not anymore . Also he doesn’t crowd his bays with too many cars so Your car is safe there.

I’m so glad I called ROEM Auto Body! I was just calling around different body shops trying to find someone who could reassemble my car, and I happened to speak with Raul. I’m so thankful I did because he went above and beyond to help me figure out my situation. Raul helped me realize that I hadn’t actually signed any agreement form for Tesla to start working on my car yet, which ended up saving me from a huge headache. He patiently guided me through every step, explained what I needed to do, and helped me sort everything out so I could get my car back together. It’s rare to find someone so honest, kind, and willing to help even when there’s nothing in it for them. I truly appreciate Raul and the whole ROEM team for their professionalism and integrity. Our car was hit and damaged while parked and were overwhelmed. Thankfully, family friends recommended ROEM Auto Body which is a certified Tesla Body shop — they had their car repaired here twice and had nothing but great things to say so we made an appointment to bring our car in and assessed. ROEM may be a small, family-run business, but they deliver big results. We had the pleasure of working with Raul — he’s not only super knowledgeable but made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. His team gave us honest, clear updates and realistic expectations about the timeline and repair work. That level of transparency made us feel like we were being taken care of like family. The customer service here is top-notch — from the front office staff to the mechanics and management. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Of course, I hope we’re never in this situation again… but if we are, there’s no question — we’re coming right back to ROEM. Thank you for taking care of us and our car!
