Always great, I send all I'd my customers to them. Honest, quick, and dependable. Only "problem", they're so good, you have to make an appointment and that's sometimes a week out. Oh, bu the way, pricing is unbelievable.

Greg has done nearly every aspect of vehicle repair for us. He knows his stuff, is fair and honest, and is worth waiting for an appointment. Thanks to Greg and Tammy for all they do. Strange to see any complaints, because Rose Repair works until things are right. Highly recommend them. We are long time customers.

Took my Kia there a little over a year ago for a broken flex pipe. Had flex pipe fixed by them and as soon as I got it back I noticed it had a bad rattle. Took it back to them and was told it was just the heat shield and no big deal. They did offer to tighten but that I'd have to wait a couple hours or reschedule. I had already taken a day off work and literally couldn't afford to take another day off. They assured me it wasn't a big deal. Fast forward to a year later and my flex pipe has come lose and isn't attached all the way. This is ridiculous. Now looking back that was probably the rattle I heard this whole time. Now it sounds just like it did before they fixed the flex pipe.

Highly recommend.. Great group of people who quickly welded a cracked exhaust. Reasonably priced. Offered great advice on getting all of the things squared away on a classic (loosely defined) car. Call ahead for an appointment, bc they are way too busy to squeeze you in.

Our family have been taking our vehicles there for at least 35 years. They have never disappointed us. I would certainly recommend them over the dealerships for their value in working on our cars. Great Job! A 6 STAR company.

Really good folks. I have an older car and the other quotes would have totaled the car out. Rose’s made the repairs properly and it cost 4-5 times less than the quotes I had. Refreshing to see honest folks and I recommend them highly. And, Tammy is such a nice person to deal with .

Tammie was wonderful getting us scheduled as soon as possible. They looked at the car, provided the price and repaired the car. It was a no nonsense shop and I'd recommend people to them if they need a repair to their exhaust. The car is quieter and so far so good.

STOLEN Catalytic converter at their place!!!!!!I had gone to this place for 23 years. I took my one truck to have 2 gas lines replaced, trim replaced on windows&tuneup. I have owned this truck since 1989 in California.Only they have done mechanical work on it & inspections. It sat for a month.I call,Tammy states Greg is backed up.He will get to it.January comes. It’s really cold can’t work on it inside without doors open(it’s a 1 ton crewcab with a 8 foot bed) so be patient.I was in no rush but said please get it back to me ASAP February March April May I’m calling stopping by constantly stating the truck hasn’t moved someone is going to steal the catalytic converter.California has strict emissions devices put on manufactured trucks for that state so without the right stuff truck won’t run right.Tammy’s response was no one’s gonna want to steal California catalytic converters.stupid thing to say they are worth more. Never once did she say anything about the truck being vandalized other than he’s working on it it’ll be done.I keep calling and they’re getting frustrated to the point that Tammy doesn’t answer the phone and gets Greg to answer it.He tells me my truck will be ready next weekend. He’s gonna be working on the rest of it.OK.I go to pick the truck up July 2 if you can believe this, all this time to do things that could’ve been done in half a day, I get in the truck.I’ve never heard the truck sound like this ever¬ running right,it was hard to move because it has sat in the same place for seven months almost. The tinting on the window is bubbling off from direct heat on it in that parking lot,the tires barely have air in it and the truck sounds so bad. It’s not an exhaust manifold leak.It was something more terrible.Drove it to the closest gas station to put gas in it cause they left it on empty and I could not believe the sound. I get it Home, now mind you I’ve owned this truck for 30 some years. I know it front words backwards. I look underneath and my whole exhaust system from the manifold to where the pipe leading into the muffler is is totally Removed and a passenger size catalytic converter is welded on,hoses leading no where.I go in person face-to-face to them the next day and said do you have something to tell me. Tammy‘s response was Craig come talk to her where they admitted that my catalytic converter had been stolen the second week it was on their lot.I asked why she did not tell me this when I told her with it sitting in the same place it’s gonna be stolen off that truck. She said why we replaced it, I said no you replaced it with something that is not made for this truck, it has California emissions built onto it and it’s not even hooked up correctly.Response was bring it back and look at it again.Well it’s not drivable.I had an independent mechanic come to my place and pay him to go underneath the truck and look at it.After an hour of taking videos and pictures, he told me that the catalytic converter is not even connected to my manifold, that the one 02 sensor is welded on top of the catalytic converter to prevent the check engine from coming on and this is why the check engine never went on. It’s not screwed into the catalytic to measure the amount exhaust content coming out of the engine through the smog pump and then the catalytic converter. The second O2 sensor is nonexistent .Pipes coming from the manifold were capped off, which means everything was leading to back pressure into the engine, which, if I had drove it further or for longer would have blown the engine. when I explained all this to them, their response was bring it back and you can show us what you’re talking about.No.7 months & charge me 500 for a gas line not both and she tells me the cameras couldn’t see where the truck was to see who robbed the parking lot. How many people have had issues with exhaust, now you know why I’m sure others were taken at the same time.Half the parking lot has the same cars for the last year most won’t know it.Attorney General has been notified & Police.

Had to get my catalytic converter replaced as it was stolen off my vehicle and they were able to fit me in quickly and at a reasonable price! I had a few issues with a finicky O2 sensor and they continued to work with me until the issue was resolved. Great experience overall and would definitely recommend!

Went to Roses Muffler to fix a hole in my flex pipe at the recommendation of my technician at Raytown Repair. He estimated it would be about 150 bucks based on the size of the hole and labor, my total was actually 140 bucks which for the parts and labor I found reasonable. The Rose's are very friendly folks and made quick work of the job. I was scheduled about a week out from when I called which, since I wasn't in a rush, was no issue. No one tried to upsell me on anything, just fixed the hole as asked quick and easy which was nice. My car now sounds like a dream- I'd recommend this place to friends and family in the future.

The other good reviews did not lie. This place is great, has good prices, and honest people! I had an exhaust issue on my 99 Camry and wasn't quite sure how bad the rust had gotten. I thought the repair might cost $400+, but this honest business let me know that it would only cost $75 to fix my issue. Really happy with the way my car sounds now and will definitely come back if I have any other repair needs. Like someone else said, you should definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment as they are busy and unlikely to do walk-ins.

I been going to Rose’s Muffler for a while now and the experience is still as great as the first time. The customer service is amazing. The best exhaust work in Kansas City hands down and competitive pricing.

-Actually "Not Always Willing To Help" I bought new CAT and was quoted the price to install the muffler. When I informed them they didn't need to install an O2 sensor because it was upstream of the CAT. ((EASY INSTALL)). Suddenly they said they didn't want the work. Must be rolling in the dough to turn away $200 for a 20min job. Seems really FISHY

I'd been a customer from 15+ years ago. They took great care of my truck then. So when the same truck needed exhaust manifold leak and duals repaired from rough farm work life. I didn't hesitate to drive an hour again. Tammy informed me of a medical situation that had their shop down a man. I told her I could wait. Coupla months later she scheduled me an appointment and the owner Greg did top notch job on all my repairs. Even reused my magnaflo SS exhaust tips....because I never bent them up backing up or bottoming out. Great work. Family owned. Long time pillar of the community. Couldn't recommend them enough! Thanks Rose

My parents have been using Roses for a while. They currently have three cars and trust them to do everything. I’ve had the same experience. There’s not one mechanic other than Roses that I trust to give me fair pricing and honest work. If you are looking for a mechanic shop that is honest and incredibly kind, I can’t give a strong enough recommendation. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks Roses for being awesome! Also massive shout out Tammy, you’re the best!
