I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection, and they came out with about a $1000 worth of work.They said it needed. I knew better because I had part of the front end of my vehicle rebuilt a couple years ago. I took it to the ford dealership, and my car passed with flying colors. I would not recommend this repair shop.

Just want to put a shout out to the guys at Jerry's automotive. From the fine service advisor in the front cuz the guy's busting their knuckles in the back, this place is awesome. Sincerely, just awesome. They have worked on multiple vehicles of mine. They backed their word with their warranty. These guys are awesome. Recommend these people to anyone. I have nine cars. Although, they were busy (not surprising). The owner stop and took time to fill a request to help my brother by drilling a hole in a part, to help us get back on the road to Arkansas. We offered to pay but he just said it was his way his way of being a blessing. If I lived in KC, Grandview, Bolton or Raytown, this is where my autos would be serviced.

I was soppose to have 2 year warranty they said after I paid 1000 if I bring it by they will top off fluids and check things out for me!! Lie! I came with window stuck half way down and it was snowing he said I needed some oil did not top off and left my window down in flurry weather!!! Today I had an emergancy and even tho I could not afford to have my car worked on there again… they did not charge for the diagnostic and gave free shuttle ride home so for that I’m grateful

BEWARE! After my car stalled on the highway, AAA referred me to Jerry’s Auto Repair in Grandview. Upon arrival, I was told I would receive a $75 discount as a AAA member. Following their diagnostic, I was quoted $1,200 for a new alternator and battery. The estimate seemed excessive, so I declined the service. Despite the initial promise, the shop did not honor the AAA discount and charged me nearly $200 for the diagnostic. I later took my vehicle to another mechanic who performed a thorough inspection and confirmed that only the battery needed replacement. The alternator was tested multiple times and found to be in good working condition. This experience raises serious concerns about the accuracy of Jerry’s Auto Repair’s diagnostics and pricing practices. Quoting unnecessary repairs at inflated costs—especially after promising a discount they refused to honor—feels misleading and exploitative. I would caution others to seek a second opinion before authorizing any work here.

These guys are awesome!! I had to get my car inspection done so I could get my new license plates. I took it to Jerry's Auto Repair and it past. Once I got my plates I had no way of putting them on so I call Jerry's Auto Repair back and they took a couple of minutes out of their busy schedule to put them on for me. I have came here multiple times with different cars and each and every time the problem is never diagnosed. They give me an excuse of we can’t find the problem or the problem we can’t get to it. My question is why are you listed as Auto repair place then? when all they can give me is a new problem that needs to be fix and not the problem of why I bought my car to them in the first place. I feel like they are cheating customers out of their money and it’s not right, to where they have to come back or keep the car longer to try and find the problem the second time around, so you can’t find it the first time, but can find the problem the second time, does not add up to me as a customer. I will not be returning. I will take my hard earned money to a real repair shop that will fix the problem I came in for and then give me a list of what other things need to be done. The fact they charge $250 to even see what is wrong is beyond outrageous, then for each new problem if you want something else looked at it is $75 dollars each. Just be careful where you take your car because these repairs shops are out of control.

I wasn’t going to post a review, but I’m Dwelling on the issue! I took My 2013 Dodge charger to Jerry’s not knowing It had a Blown head gasket I was just really hoping it was something else they diagnostic and said You need a oil filter housing I said OK cool then I came back and said you need a thermostat. I said OK cool then he said you need a new radiator. I said damn He finally admitted I need a new head casket. He knew that from the very beginning, but instead, he fix other parts to get money out of me! My advice to you If have a mechanic fix something put your old part in your trunk they say they fix things but they’re not!

Vehicle just refused to move after getting gas. Turned car off only to find out it would not start. Screen showing battery issue but after jumping it, the vehicle did not get enough power to move. Went and bought a new battery but it was not holding any charge. Took it to Jerry's since it's only a block from the gas station. Left it with them to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be the alternator. Had to take it to the dealership because of warranty obligations.

I’ve brought my car here and spent over 5k in the past 6 months. Priced a little steep but seem to do good work. I take it on for a coolant leak and leave paying 90 bucks and have a window they knew wasn’t working stuck not going back up. I ask why did they need to roll the windows down for a violent leak and was given a bs excuse that they do this in case the keys get locked in the car. Well if that were the case why didn’t you accidentally roll down the window you knew was broke in any of the 3 previous repairs? It’s a plausible deniability excuse that doesn’t fly when you knew about the issue prior. My perspective suggests this was intentional to jack up the repair bill. They assume no accountability for their mistakes and this wasn’t the first time but it sure will be the last. Prior to this they chipped paint during a taillight repair. They wanted me to show pictures taken prior to then repairing which ironically I had just taken pics. That didn’t matter they don’t have integrity to admit when they mess up. They seem great in person but intention and lack of assuming any responsibility is ridiculous. They’re overpriced and on top of that they lack integrity.
