Unfortunately my son banged up his car hitting a guard rail and the car needed to be fixed immediately so my son could commute to college daily!! I couldnt afford the $3,500-$4000 estimates I've been getting from local shops to fix the car!! But Roy & Sons gave me an estimate for allot lower if they could get the parts locally from other shops!! Well Wayne from Roy & Sons kept his word and found all the used parts in the same color as the car!! I'm very grateful for Wayne and his team for taking care of my son and getting his car back on the road quickly for a great price!!! I highly recommend this auto body shop!! Very professional and honest!!!

Amazing job! My SUV's bumper got swiped in a little accident and they fixed the bumper to the point where it looks brand new. You can't even tell that there was damage to the SUV. They also touched up certain spots on my vehicle from rocks that dinged up my car and they did that with no problem. 100% recommend!

I locked my keys in my car and had my passenger door wedged open which cause a bit of a gap when the door was shut. I wasn't strong enough to bend it back myself, so I stopped in to Roy & Sons for their opinion/help. Within 2 minutes they had my door back to normal at no charge. Such nice and honest guys!! I would go back to them in a heartbeat!

I can't even begin to say how amazing these people are at this shop. The bumper of my car got popped off on a curb when i was backing out. I stopped in here on a pouring rainy day and these amazing guys ran right out to help me. They had the bumper put back on in 5 minutes. I would recommend anyone to go these lovely and honest people. They are so helpful and kind as well as doing fantastic work. This is my go to shop for any type of body work from now on and i am telling all my friends & family about them. Can't say enough about these guys! I was in a hit and run where my car was damaged on the right side. They were great with making sure it was taken care of in the most timely manner. The replaced pieces and repainting is spectacular and you can't tell any damage was ever there. After I picked up my car a problem unrelated to their work appeared with my brakes. They brought the car back and checked it out and suggested someone close they could get it. The whole time they were kind and non-judgmental with my lack of knowledge on mechanical problems. Will be sure to go to them if I need to in the future!

I was struck in the rear of my vehicle. The closest repair shop I could access to have State Farm handle the repairs was Roy & Sons. They provided fast and courteous service. They completed an estimate quickly, set up a repair date as early as possible, and completed the repairs in a quick and efficient manner. After the repairs were completed, there was an issue with the delivery of a tow hook cover and the rear bumper decal. It was incredibly awesome of Matt (Forgive me if I got the name wrong) to meet with me at the repair shop on a Saturday, when the shop is closed, and apply the rear decal and Tow Hook cover. This is exemplary service and should I or someone else I know require repair service, I will be sure to recommend Roy & Sons Auto Body.

my wife and i had our wrangler serviced here and they were fantastic. We would like to say a big thanks to Matt, when we had our accident our insurance warned us most shops were backed up and may take a while to get our car into a shop my wife called Roy & Sons and Matt had us drop it off 2 days later - was in the shop for 2-3 weeks. I messed up the driver side pretty bad but she is as good as new. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs minor or major repairs done !

Wifey crash car, Roy's fix like new...😁... This is a real review from a real customer. Matt and the crew at Roy's were very professional and honest which is a lost art these days. My wife loves her explorer and was worried that it would never be the same. However she, along with myself, was very please with ALL the work they did. The paint matches 👌. Car drives completely straight. I recommend 10 out of 10 I'd you need body work done. UPDATE.. I moved to 2 stars because although body work was perfect and paint matched beautifully, the mechanical work is done by pep boys and I have had nothing but issues with the front end of my car since the fix.. Also never recieved center caps for my rims on passenger side, was told I would get them via mail within a couple weeks..

I went here to get some minor rust over my rear wheel wells & etc & a few yrs back i got a quote to what it would entail to fix it... & now the guy in the office wouldnt honor it or agree to fix it... i honestly would go else where... wasnt very customer friendly either... fyi

After some damage to my truck, I went to Roy and Sons on a whim because it was close to my house. I'm so glad I did because Matt and the team were so courteous, honest, and responsive. Once I got the go-ahead from my insurance company, they began some extensive work right away and finished ahead of schedule. These guys are fantastic and, while I hope I don't need body work again, if I do, I know I'll be in good hands at Roy and Sons.
