Quick, honest, knowledgeable, and great service. They will always call with a quote before doing any work. If you opt out on a service, they will provide you with a printed estimate including parts. They have a drop off box if you catch them after hours. They are the second shop we checked out in Groton when moving here, now we go there for all repairs. I would strongly recommend their service.

Used to be a place that I’d refer to others and now only sticking around because of habit. Miss the old experience. Assume at a few hundred over estimate on every bill with very little explanation to why. Good mechanics. Bad business ethics and practices. They’re a 75 and sunny of business. One positive. Chris. Rest of “sales” team are arrogant and shows different levels of respect based on gender.

After using them for prior repairs,on my other vehicle, I took my Jeep in with a check engine light on. The code P0137,P0138, indicated an o2 sensor issue. They replaced ALL 4 of them, when after doing some online research of the codes,It was only ONE it pertained to. Picked up the vehicle on a Fri. the check engine light came on again, and same code. Was going to take it back on Mon. so I decided on Sat. to take a look myself. After 5min, from crawling my 66yr old body under the jeep, I see a severed wire, a quarter inch away from the plug where they had to plug the new sensor into. REALLY? $600 for 4 sensors I didn't need, and had to repair myself! What confidence I had with them is now GONE!!

Back to Paul’s and once again I was elated when they took my car in right away to check a coolant leak. Scott was super professional and even filled my tires before driving it out of the bay. I know I shouldn’t leave a good review about this place because everyone will start going there. 😀 thanks so much!

Pauls Service Center is awesome. They are always willing to help with whatever issue there is mechanically or even cosmetically on your vehicle as soon as they can, in an efficient amount of time. They also perform all kinds of services whether it is basic tune ups, any type of repairs, and even suspension service. Highly recommend getting work done here!

When our car broke down on the side of the highway we were terrified as to what we were going to do. Both the owner and staff were super helpful and did their best to explain everything that was going on along the way. I wish I could more to say thank you for their help, patience, work done.

Paul's service center is fantastic! When my car was having engine issues, Chris went out of his way to drive to me and inspect if it was safe to drive the car across town to Paul's. Friendly and professional service; I would absolutely recommend them!

I called to fix a flat, they were able to squeeze me in right then. Said it would take 30 mins, was done in 20 mins. They are also extremely honest, they gave me a partial refund because the part that needed replacing wasn’t the one i told them. They gave me money back when most places would just pocket the difference.

The final price was a little more than originally quoted, however, it was needed. The car runs perfect and anyone who isn't willing to pay for the extra mile needed to make sure your car is safe, shouldn't be owning a car. Paul's service center is professional and explains everything going on with your car and returns a finished product in great condition. I won't take my car to nobody else.

Probably the worst customer service I've dealt with. Starting with their front desk Phil who seems to believe being rude to customers is smart business. I've been a customer of over a decade and what was once a nice, reliable family run business has turned into a group of employees who don't respect their customer base. Then your manager, Mike, likes giving low estimates then inflate the estimate by doing work you never asked to increase hourly shop costs. At this point your hundreds in the hole and the initial issue was ignored basically doubling the cost. That's if they haven't found "apocalyptic" issues and patronize you if you try to question anything. STAY AWAY if you want mechanics you can trust and who actually troubleshoot to try to help. Sorry Chris, your employee base is awful.

Brought my car in to get pads and rotors installed, gave them all day but they didn’t get it done despite me making an appointment. So they had me come in the next morning and warned me it would cost over $400, I have my own parts so that would just be for labor (which is ridiculous). I gave them 2 stars instead of one because I brought my car in a couple years ago for the same job and it went flawlessly and only cost me 260-ish. So idk what they are doing this time, charging me twice as much and wasting a bunch of my time, but I’m not coming here again.

Avoid this place at all costs. Had some pushy man child trying to tell me I needed 1700 worth of work when the issue wasn’t even checked. Proceeded to talk to me like I was a 16 year old girl with a Jetta. Called his bluff to get it towed as my car sat untouched for two days and wasn’t even checked because the engine needed to be taken apart to check what he suggested was wrong. Come to find out it was a $5 radiator cap. How this place is still in business is beyond me. Plenty of great HONEST mechanics around. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U LIKE TO WASTE $.

I had a great experience with them before for simple brake work -the young man at the front was courteous, fast and kept the price as quoted so thought I'd go back when working in the area next time. Unfortunately, after doing my part to schedule an inspection and work, way in advance, they still managed to not do it on time. When I went in to pick it up some weasel looking guy at the front desk charged me more than quoted. He marked up the simple parts that they replaced. I didn't bother arguing because I knew he was the type to keep making stuff up no matter what.

The guys here are super nice. However, I was having some issues with my car. It was making a weird noise when I accelerated. I dropped it off & they called same day to let me know it should be ready in about 2 days. They had the car for over 2 weeks. They were constantly finding new issues with it. I am not usually this person but I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I am a female who clearly knows absolutely nothing about cars. When my husband came home, they had it ready the next day. 5 grand later, one week after we got it back, the brakes had gone soft, after they supposedly fixed and replaced everything.

They were able to get my F350 in pretty quick and diagnosed its problem with driving straight as quite a few issues in the suspension and explained the needed repairs. After figuring out cost of parts and labor they called the next day and gave me an estimate for about what I expected for the amount of work and parts going in to the job. They were very communicative the whole time and would update me day by day which put me at ease. They did find my transmission cooler lines were looking bad and they advised I replace while they were at it and I took them up on it as it wasn't quoted at that much more than I was already spending. They weren't able to get all the parts on time due to the long holiday weekend, but it wasn't anything I didn't expect. Once I showed up to pay, the price I paid matched the two numbers I was quoted between the two issues so that was a relief. After I got the truck back I could really feel the difference and appreciate the care they put in to getting it back to roadworthiness. Definitely recommend this shop.

There are many things that I can say about this establishment. As a person from new york, Phil and the rest of the workers were very nice to me and my sister. I called the other mechanics in the area, they were either overpriced, or rude( from phone conversations). They fix my sister car and even provided a mode of transportation for her to go home. They went above and beyond. I appreciate the business and you won a customer

I had gone to Paul’s Service Center for a radiator replacement. Chris was the man who took on the job! He did an excellent job on the car. He stayed after hours working on it and also topped off the fluid after I brought it in few days later. Cheap price too for labor and parts. 100% recommend
