They towed my car charge me a fair price. Insteaded in cash but won't give me a receipt for tow for my job.kinda shady......I called twice and asked no reply from them.

Tried to explain what I needed and explained 3 times and the owner kept asking the same question and yelling at me saying I'm need to answer his questions??!! He's beyond Rude! He needs to retire. He's losing business!

The worst place to go the charge my dad 1200$ and then a month later another 4000$ for work they should have been responsible for first car only lasted until the day of last payment but had problems since day one the second car have had nothing but problems they are rude and I’m sure they don’t even have a license a lot of lawsuits against them as well

The staff at Ceravolo's went above and beyond to get me back on the road. While driving from Boston to New Brunswick, two defective lugnuts on my back left tire snapped off and I nearly lost my tire on the freeway. I got off at the Groton exit and called Ceravolo's just because they were nearby. They sent someone to help get me get my Jeep to their shop, and were very accommodating during a stressful situation. They even worked a bit later than usual to make sure I got back on the road that night. I am tremendously grateful to them and recommend Ceravolo's to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

They have good cars. They are USED so they have some problems however his team is great about fixing cars and being fair to the customer. All in all don't go to a used car dealership and expect to drive away and never have a issue.

BEWARE the $1,000 scam!!! bought a car here several years ago. I nicknamed my car "piggy bank". because all i did was put money into it. I would not recommend this place to my friends. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. If you buy a car here you won't get a sunburn because it's awful SHADY.

Down to Earth crew, will fix what actually needs to be done, answer questions you may have and sell used cars. Usually able to fit me in for emergency situations or easy to book appointments. Def one of my go to garages.

Ceravolo's is one of the best garages to have work done on your vehicle. Rick, one of the mechanics is a master at auto repair and so are the other mechanics there. As far as prices for repairs, they are the best around. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful, I won't take my car to anyone else but Ceravolo's.

Most of the cars wouldn't pass inspection and the real problem is the financing ..For one thing charging $1,000 to finance a car that you're going to pay $300 a month. Claiming $500 for office fees is insanely outrageous and if you don't look at the paperwork carefully you won't find out about that extra thousand you got to pay on your loan until you signed...any work that must be done on the car they will charge you three times what a normal garage would charge. you have been warned

The worst experience of my life, they were rude and disrespectful to me. They were geographically challenged and told me to find an atm and call back. Not sure how to do that with a broken down car but that was interesting. So do not do business with them unless you want to waste your time and money.

Shady. Got my car towed there one night, next day I come by to pick it up the car didn’t want to unlock WHATSOEVER. Then after I had a locksmith open it, it didn’t want to turn on🤣( THE LOCKSMITH MENTIONED TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE W THESE GUYS BEFORE). The car was running perfectly fine before they took it with them so you do the math.

We had to have our car towed and the police called them for some reason? They told us they could only tow it to their garage. Not true. First, the place looks like something from a horror movie, second the guys working there are rude, third they are running a scam. We called them to see how much to fix the car and they said they needed to run a diagnostic (we knew what was wrong). Instead of hooking it up to a diagnostic machine they took it apart, trying to guarantee we’d go through them. We requested another tow company to tow our car to our usual mechanic and they claimed they had to put everything back together. Charged us almost $500 for a diagnostic on top of the tow - which HAD to be paid in cash? SHADY place! Beware!
