The staff at the desk were fantastic. Offered me a donut from Dunkin—automatic 1/4 of a Star. The rest of the 4.75 of the Stars is towards their customer service. I was there for a number of things, one of them was an Alignment. There was an issue with a couple of the tie rods that prohibited them to properly align the wheels. So they explained, with pictures, what the issue was. Their level of knowledge was apparent as they were explaining everything in detail; where the issue was located, what the part does, how the issue affected the car, etc etc. As I was waiting in the lobby they gave periodic updates. An engaging group of staff there. They were approachable, sociable, hilarious and professional. No issues noticed after all the work was done. Would recommend them 100%

As always a fair price for quality work. The Dealership almost took me for over 1k on an expensive parts and to many hours repair. It was my 1st newer car and I was a little taken back by parts cost. Spoke with RPM put my big boy head back on and ended up with an upgraded vehicle for 1k less!

Allot of help,I lost my radiator cap. Maps took me to RPM IDK if maps was confused or I was? But I told the machanics I needed a radiator cap they in the garage and found one that fit my 4 runner allot of help, nice guys!
