Worse experience ever in an Auto Shop...full of excuses everyday was another excuses. Basically took my Money. Would not recommend to my worse enemy.

My experience with Luis was not a good one he lies and never shows up when he say he is coming. He replaced my transmission and never gave me any warranty and then two weeks later all the fluid came out of my transmission which I had to pay for. My right front wheel speed sensor that operates the transmission went bad and he had trouble getting the part and then when he got it it was the wrong one and then waited 2 weeks to get another one only to get another wrong one, I and a friend of mine was able to get one in one day the right one and now after he took it apart he is not coming to install it, he is not a professional and just plain tells many lies.

They have done tons of work with my truck and he has found affordable solutions for me every time. He might get busy at times, but that is always a good problem to have. You won't be disappointed. I must say this shop has changed..its no longer a trustworthy place to take your Vehicle. Luis is a good person..but a horrible Mechanic. He is full of excuses...never shows up when he saids he will and worse of all he lies constantly. I don't want to trash this shop too much but do yourself a favor and save yourself some headaches..don't go to this place. Luis is just not a reliable mechanic and his work is poor at best..if I could give him 0 stars would.
