Very unprofessional! Owner John, decided to leave my car sitting in his shop for a few days without fixing it, or contacting me to let me know he had no intentions on fixing it until I arrived a week later to check in on the car. John excuse was he didn’t want to email my insurance company his estimate. He wanted the insurance company to physically come out and view his estimate because according to him he “had things to do” so, he didn’t comply with the insurance and my car sat for days waiting on him, so the insurance company wouldn’t move forward and cut him the check. The unprofessional owner John real issue was that he found out an family member of mine worked for an specific company, he asked for an discount from the family member in exchange for a cheaper cost to fix my car. That offer was denied! So, he choose to be funny and play around with my car and not comply with the insurance company. My car was never fixed! We got into an verbal dispute because of the issue and he called 911 to report false accusations stating I was trespassing, and tried to assault him. He is disgusting.. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO HIS SHOP! It’s his way or the highway! My car will be fixed one way or another (by a professional) and he still don’t get his discount! :)

TERRIBLE PLACE!! RUDE OWNER AND HES A LIAR!! He wouldn’t give me proof of what he did to my vehicle because he did it for free solely due to the fact that he left early in Friday and no one worked on my truck until monday because the owner (John) did not tell his employees why it was there!! I received 0 phone calls. I had to contact them about my truck. Owner told gave me false info on what he did to my vehicle. When I dropped off the truck I told him the issue and he did nothing but replace bulbs that I told him kept blowing. I had to call the police just to get proof of the work he did for court. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star !

I took my car to this shop because my engine light was on. The owner had it tested and stated it was due to misfiring and that I needed a tune up. He stated that there was a 90 day warranty. I agreed to have service done. The very next day my engine light came on again. Took it back. He was very rude, and when he finally had his mechanic to check, it tested the same thing, misfiring. He tested himself, same thing, misfiring. He refused to honor the warranty after charging me $432.00 for parts and labor. I took the car to Oriellys, they tested it, same thing, misfiring and testing showed I needed a tune up which they were suppose to do. He didn't honor the warranty and stated it has to be something else because we changed the plugs and flat out refused to honor the warranty.

This place is a rip off they tried to charge me 800 dollars to change spark plugs and a valve cover tried to charge me 39 dollars each spark plugs 235 dollars for a valve cover and 65 dollars for bottles of oil for oil change the guy at the front tell me he only take cash or zelle because he has to go get the parts he showed me parts on his computer I looked them up on Amazon and it was way less he tell me dint use those so I just got an oil change for 92 dollars then all of a sudden he wanted to use the credit card machine crooks like this should not be working anywhere this guy needs to be fired

This place is great and the owner is very friendly and he holds a great conversation. He cares about getting your car fixed and back on the rode. He wouldn't let me pull off in my car to go home to get my wallet because he didn't want me to make car worse then What I was because of a bad antifreeze leak. LOL. those guys in that shop are good and if anything else happens to my 2013 rt dodge challenger I will be taking my car back there to get fixed again❤❤❤ keep up the awesome work guys

We blew out a tire and AAA directed us and our tow driver to S & J. What a great experience! The owner, John, is a truly good person. He and his team put our minds at ease re: potential other damage and got us back on the road. If I was local to that area, he would be my go-to mechanic. Thank goodness for S & J!

I highly recommend S&J Automotive. My experience here was a blessing. I came here for a second opinion about my car on why it was shaking when I put on brakes. The first company gave me a long list of things that were causing the problem and gave me a quote of over $4,000 and said I needed a new car. John, the owner of S&J, gave me a quote of 1 tenth of what the dealer quoted and my car is driving better now than it has for years. I am so grateful for S&J and their honesty, fairness, reasonableness and great customer service.

I don't know if it was just Monday when they did the work on my brakes but I had to return to get them redone. I do appreciate them taking care of it without there being any additional charge but however I was still inconvenienced.

We were referred here by someone and never again. The owner tried to up charge us on parts and we already told him that we had work done and he said that he suggested that we get manufactured parts but we got them from a credible place and it was nothing wrong with that part. He told us that it would be over 1,000 dollars and the part we needed was 600. My husband called another more trustworthy place we had used for some car service before and they laughed and said yeah the part you need will be about 75 dollars and that’s it and the labor at least 200 at most! ALSO THEY STOLE A ROLL OF QUARTERS FROM MY CAR!! We had them from a recent trip we had came from! I started to press charges from them stealing from my car but my husband said not to worry about it we won’t be back. I would steer clear ! They are crooks obviously.

I went there to get my sparks plugs put in they put them in side way plus they didn't tighten them down my car wes stalling bad hardly wanted to crank and vibrate badly. When not in motion I went to another shop and they show me everything they tried to me off I promise I will never ever go to that shop again. I thought he was a honest guy ha he fooled me.when every anyone do ur car make sure u get ur old part and double check ur vehicle before u leave and always take picture.

Terrible services , we took our bmw to get fix before we took it up there it was riding better before we took it up there. We was supposed to have warranty on it and if course we took it back up there and told them the car is riding rough and can we use the warranty on the car. He said no we couldn't use the warranty. But my husband wanted his car fixed so he give him another chance, and while our car was there lights got stolen off the car and I told him let me get a tow truck so I can get my car from up there and take it to a professional, he got offended and he started texting my phone. He tried to bully me by not letting me get my car, I would never take my car up there. He is unprofessional and rude. If I could give zero stars I would.

I brought my 2017 Chevy Colorado to S & J Automotive Repair LLC in Riverdale, GA, for an oil change and a Bank 2 camshaft position sensor replacement. I brought my own oil, filter, and sensor purchased from Chevrolet. The shop completed the work around 11:30AM. I parked the car at home until the next morning. Around 7:40AM the following day, while driving my kids to school during heavy traffic, my truck literally shut down in the middle of the road and displayed “Reduced Engine Power.” My children had to walk the rest of the way. When I contacted the shop, they said they didn’t know what happened. While they completed the requested work, this experience raises serious safety concerns, and I caution others to be careful.

They told me a rotation and balance was done on my car...yet it felt like the tire was coming off when I was driving. I called to explain what was going on and I was in traffic but on my way. Mind you I paid 120 and every time I called they were closing down everything 15 minutes early. If they knew my car wasn't operating good especially concerning my front tire the proper thing to do is say please bring it in ASAP. They didn't close until 6 would it have hurt to stay until 6 so I would be a satisfied customer 🤬

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE. My experience is we're very unsatisfied. I purchased a motor and labor $4200 and a week later my car fell dead right off the expressway. His explanation were, I blow up engine, so I had to purchase another motor for $2200 not included the labor of $700.00. Tell me who does that to there customers. I was upset with this situation and he couldn't give me a explanation on what happen to my SUV. After, I pick up my SUV this pass Friday, November 21 and drove my vehicle this weekend the check engine light on and stated I need a replacement oil control valve. With all of this been said. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TO THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP. THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND CAN'T FIX YOUR CAR.💔👎

I took my car here because I was hearing clicking noises. John ask me could I leave it so they could diagnose my problem. He stated the cv axle was bad. Then he called later on saying that the strut was leaking. I changed all parts. Upon picking up my car I asked about a warranty for the repair. John stated it wasn’t one. I asked for my old parts. Driving home my car was making the same noise. And my only payment option was cash. When there a sign saying that they accept card payments. Due to it being close to closing. I called the next day to Inform him. I ask did they test drive my car. John said that they did. I brought my car back to be reinspected. My car was there over the weekend. I called yesterday asking for an update. John stated that the frame was loose. I came to pick up my car. I asked to speak with John about my car. He seem agitated. He basically stated that he don’t know my car facts etc. RUDE as an owner and mechanic I just wanted to know what had been done to my car. After he briefly explained I said thanks. His response was yeah. My car still making the squeaking sound. After I brought it back.I won’t be returning.
