Very Happy with Sergio and S&S so far. He diagnosed two check engine issues and then provided me with original equipment and secondary market equipment price options. Had my radiator fixed for $130 less than franchised based Meinike. Will have him work on two more issues next month. 5-6 Service bays, clean, and lots of old timers in the waiting area. This is amazing Auto Shop. I’ve been using this auto shop a little bit before the pandemic hit and they have been able to help maintain both my wife’s and my car in the best shape. The prices are always reasonable and they do exactly what they say they will. This auto will fix your car without leaving you feeling like you were taking advantage of, which is something I can’t say for other auto shops in Lowell. Truly blessed to be able to trust a mechanic with my car.

Had my car repaired by them and I received my car with no lights inside no radio my motor was changed and also the back bumper was switched to a light gray when it was dark gray. Charged me 3 grand to fix my car and it came different. I don't recommend these people unless you stay and watch what they do to you car. Now it's leaking oil and i have to use semi standard

My service was supposed to be a full front brake change. By far the worst brake job I have ever experienced in my life. The mechanic had no clue what he was doing. They charged me more than quoted over the phone. On top of it all, they didn't even fully change my brakes and try to scam me by charging me full price as if they did. They only lasted a couple of months. Total disgrace. The mechanic now changing my brakes said they should be embarrassed and out of business. I AGREE

Best prices in Lowell! If you're having car trouble and if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic go to S& S auto repair. The owner Sergio has been my mechanic for a long time and he is just a good person who will NOT rip you off like some of the other big corporate places! The lobby is clean and quiet and just one minute from downtown Lowell, if you decide to grab a drink or snack while your car gets serviced!

I brought my car here a few times never had an issue( regular maintenance stuff). My last oil change they told me i needed a whole new oil pan for my Honda Crv 2012. The quote they gave me was $560. Everyone told me that quote was too high and i should get a second opinion. I brought my car to 3 different places and nobody detected what was wrong with my oil pan. I do not need a new oil pan, and it’s just wrong how they miss diagnosed the issue and wanted to have me pay $560 for something i did not need. So wrong..

Hello Guys Good Afternoon, Wanted to let you know and personally say thank you as I came in with my 2015 volvo s80 blue color. Yesterday I had suffered a flat tire due to a pothole of 5' inches deep. You guys were the first place that I came across and was able to help you guys put on my spare and was able to get me to Manchester NH. Thank you guys for everything that you did and even though I was able to have you guys charge me you did not. That is great customer service even though you did not have to.
