They gave me an estimate, an the part for my car was more than twice the price that I could buy it for. A $300.00 part was at their price $645.00. No way.

Me and my wife been going there for years and they haven't had a good experience this place has been lying to us about our car!! We are goi g to tufts now and they told us today that our rotor was completely rusted! Sam Leman knew about this problem and failed to fix it the only thing they would do is put brake pads on our car with out lubricating them and seating them on properly I'm very upset that we had to go through this experience and will be going there to speak with a manager

I’ve worked with Bruce, Jesse and Ashley for a number of years. They always amaze me with their level of detail and service. Just this week Ashley notified me my X3 needed scheduled maintenance and had it picked up from my office, leaving me a loaner, and then serviced, washed and returned it before the end of day. Consistently impressed with this group, and unequivocally recommend.

I’m really disappointed in this body shop. More disappointed that I didn’t catch this sooner. I hit a deer coming back from Florida last August 2024. I took my jeep here to be fixed. After winter I noticed they replaced my headlight with a cheap knock off. There is no Jeep logo in the center like the other headlight that was undamaged . Didn’t contact them because it was after the time frame of them fixing their mistake. Had I known I would have went back. I trusted them and this is the treatment I got.

I had to come here after a hit and run, I am super happy with the results on my Ford Escape! It looks better than before the accident. The front desk ladies were super nice, they offered me a ride home after I dropped it off. Only took 3 days to repair and my car looks cleaner than when I dropped it off! I am 99% sure they even vacuumed the drivers side. It was not that clean when I brought it in. I definitely recommend them! 10/10 experience :)

Super rude. Lady on front is missing professional skills and doesn’t know how to deal with customers and solve the problem. Maybe, it was a bad day for her but can do displacement on customers. I will seek paint help somewhere else who is more professional and willing to help.
