Apparently Sam is on vacation and some man named lio is running things . I had the front end aligned and noticed when I left that it was pulling to the right . Well I called and he's trying to balme that on wear and tare on the steering box which is completely stupid because that only caused play in the steering wheel . He told me to bring it in the morning . Well if I turn loose of my steering wheel , it's pulling so hard to the right that I'd be in the ditch . If it's not corrected in the morning there will be a follow up comment about how they try to tell a man that's been in the automotive business since I was 5 when my dad threw me in shop bushing a broom . I do mechanical work and heavy collision work and rebuild wrecks and painted all my life . If it's not corrected in the morning it'll be on here and if it is I'll say they fixed the problem . If not we're going to have a issue because that's could be deadly . Until tomorrow

I took my 2011 dodge durango in for a tuneup the guy specifically told me that what I needed. So I brought all the spark plugs and ignition coils. The vehicle ran ok for the first 45 minutes after that the car sounded worser than before I basically paid them $322.00 for nothing. 3 weeks before that I had them to put in my radiator which was ok but still not the best performance. They also rigged up my cooling fan system. I will never take my vehicle to them again because in the long run I learned it will cost me more money than before. Stay away all they want is your money .

I purchased tires and had a good experience with Sam whom I have known before he opened his repair shop, but his mechanic isn't professional at all. I had parts replaced and he kept telling me it wouldn't make a difference, but the parts needed replacement and he became this little boy with a grudge. My car started running really funny after that and I had bad leaks. He grounded the thermostat housing to the point it didn't fit right, so I replaced it myself and anything else to avoid going back to them.

They used to be good and I trusted them but beware. They replaced my radiator but didn’t put the radiator cap back on which led to a blown head gasket. They broke my hood release latch so I couldn’t get under the hood to see why it was still running hot. They refused to accept responsibility for all the damage they did to my car. They blamed me after they clearly screwed me over. Their negligence led to my car being destroyed, they quoted me an additional $1400 in parts only for a new engine. The owner backed his mechanics. They told me to buy pliers to fix what they broke. After 4 visits in 3 days my car completely broke down on day 4. STAY AWAY from this place.

If I could give NO stars I would. This place is a fraud. I paid over 500.00 to get my car repaired the car now runs horrible. I took the car to the dealership and it was fixed in an hour. Sam's took over 2 days and did NOT fix my car. I had to get rides to work and my time has been wasted as well as my money. I will now take steps to get my money back and I hope this review helps someone not get taken advantage of. By the way I never write reviews but this place needs to be called out because they have clearly taken advantage of me. WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! I WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE AS WELL AS CONTACT THE BBB.

Sam and his crew are good honest people who won't try to rip you off. They do excellent work the first time. Not only do they know the ins and outs of auto mechanics but they are there to explain what's going on; in terms you can understand. I highly recommend Joe who has been outstanding. Thank you guys for putting a smile on my face and taking care of white lightning!

Absolutely amazing service! Blew a tire out on the highway, we called Sam’s and they had the tire! After being towed there, Sam very quickly took off our old one and put the new one right on! Very friendly and professional - in and out in under 20 minutes! Thank you for being open a little longer on Labor Day and saving our trip!

I went there for a flat tire... didn't have my size but was as helpful as they could be. The owner was nice enough to give me a ride home since the tire situation had me stranded. They gave me recommendations on where to go to find what I needed, and they didn't have to do that. They could have said whatever to make a sale, and for that I couldn't give this place any more compliments. I hope they're around for a while 🙂

They sold my boyfriend a “brand new” tire with a patched up hole in, leading to the tires basically exploding on the side. He purchased a so called warranty so when he attempted to get it fixed the manager told him it only lasts 10 days & to pay $25 for a new one. Details about the warranty weren’t even given so it feels like they just made up an excuse. Update: never once was there mention of hitting a curb so please do not make such lies, the tire had a POOR patch job that ended up causing the hole to get bigger as he drove around with it for only a week

Excellent customer service! The phone was answered promptly, and the owner greeted us upon arrival when we dropped off my son's classic vehicle for repair. His quotes were fair and well below other shops. Will definitely keep in mind for future needs.

They are horrible and lied, some dude changed my tire, as soon as he changed my sensor is no longer good on my tires, he kept telling me come back in 2 days and it’s been 2 and a half months. I started hear a clinking noise on my tire and took it back then the man tells me it’s my vc axel went out all of a sudden. Just to try to get more money. I got it changed and it’s still doing the mouse only to find out it is my tire (the one he changed). They’re horrible and then looks at me as if I broke my own sensor when my sensors were working fine. I will never go back there, when I went to my mechanic he informed me he is a rip off.

the reviews saying that their car got worse after coming to this shop, believe it! i noticed my car was leaking oil a few days after they "fixed my car" and they messed up my hood! now it does not close. that's a safety issue!

Don’t go to Lyon. They estimated an oil pan change for $125 on the phone. Come to find out all I needed was an oil o-ring. He charged me $65 for the oil and $200 for the oil ring. And now my car doesn’t even sound the same anymore. It sound like they had it running with no oil in it for a while. And when I called back to ask what kind of oil they used they were more worried about the original review I left instead of explaining why my car sounded the way it does.

Most important is Sam is a very honest and compassionate person. On 2/12/26, our car began making loud engine noise on the highway. Thank God, the next exit was one where Sam's garage was located. Even though it was after 6pm closing time, Sam took our car for a test drive and determined it was bad fuel and not the engine itself. He would not accept any payment and gave us advice on fuel to use going forward. I thank God for leading us to Sam and highly recommend him and his business to anyone.
