Absolutely wonderful people! Dan was so kind. A flashing check engine light 2 hours away from home and a baby in the car. After 6 others turned me away, they took us with open arms. And fixed my car no questions! Replaced the spark plug that was misfiring and had us outta there in about an hour or less. Thank you!!! Gave us some souvenirs and then said it’s on the house. 😭❤️ what a rough, stressful, and long day turned around but such a kind act. Thank you for helping my family make it home safely and sharing your warm kind hearts with us. I’d give it more stars but 5 is the max here

One of the most professionally run repair service I have ever experienced. Manager and repair tech really new the ins and outs of RV repair. Would really recommend this operation to all my friends and anyone who wants quality service at a fair price. TWO THUMBS UP FOR SCOTT'S!!!!

Excellent service. Friendly reception, quality workmanship, and got the job done same day service. Very hard to fine decent RV service facility. This is by far the best service experience we've had aside from Newmar customer service center. Will keep them on our list of go to service centers.

I feel a little regret. I did not like the secretary or woman working the front. Her attitude just rubbed me wrong. paid for an alignment and an hour but basically only got an alignment. she said u wanted an alignment and to check things out but I feel like everything that was checked out was just part of the alignment. Doesn't take an hour to notice leaking fluids or brake wear. The mechanic himself said all he did was an alignment. He was fine. And we decided that the chance of him reproducing the problem engine hiccuping or stuttering and the time needed to do so might not be fruitful. But I still paid for an hour "check out" which consisted of a few comments. Originally the checkout part was mostly in reference to the engine hiccuping and that was written on the paper along with the alignment. That I told to Scott on the phone before I got there. And the manipulative secretary just kinda misconstrued yhings. There were many different people (management & coworkers) there communicatin but kind of rushed. And I got yelled at for standing outside the shop door land watching the mechanic. And there are signs outside the shop that say don't enter and I didn't. I think there was some missing communication there. Kind of indirect like one person telling another person telling another person what to do. The kind of trucks and vans they work on was similar to mine so it seemed like it might be good. The mechanics attitude seemed good but the management not so much. When I talked to Scott on the phone it seemed okay until he referred to me as "guy". "Guy" is a rather dismissive statement. I was just passing through but I wouldn't go back. I'd be more prudent too. I paid $277 for an alignment and an hour but walked away with only a very small improvement to my steering as the mechanic said it was the gearbox. Later mechanics who looked at the steering didn't say anything about it needing a new gearbox. Felt not worth it.

Great place! Very friendly people and expert service. Our RV was having major issues on a long road trip and no one else would/could help us. We called Scott's and they were very busy but were kind enough to fit us in and fix it right away!! Awesome. Oh yeah, they also let us use their loaner car to get some lunch!

These guys did some work on my RV and it was absolutely amazing. Very responsive from the beginning to the end. There were a couple of minor minor modifications that we had to do after they were done and they got it done right away. Great place to do business with. I can't recommend them enough.

I would give 20 stars if I could! Dan got us in same-day after an RV tire issue and had us back on the road in 1-1/2 hours. The work was professional and the pricing was fair. The shop is clean and organized and everyone was friendly. What struck me most was that Scott, the owner, isn’t some polo/khaki wearing office guy, but he actually had a uniform on, had his sleeves rolled up, and was actively involved in the shop and repairs. He obviously loves his work. I can’t say enough about Scott’s. In a world where high pricing for inferior workmanship seems to be the norm, Scott, Dan and the entire team are a breath of fresh air.

December 2024. Sometimes you get to deal with excellence, and that was our experience with Scott's. Overperformed in every respect, from scheduling to quick response, to early completion, to follow-up after they did the job. And, great personal attention from friendly people care about their customers. WOW.

I'm 100 miles from Scott's, but Scott's is my main shop. Class A motorhome. Favorite three things are 1. Quality of work...all the techs that have worked on my coach have been excellent. 2. Dan, Scott and other management and staff. This is a very well run business. 3. They do chassis AND house. If you own a motorhome, you either already know, or will soon learn that this is unusual and extraordinary. So many specialized techs at Scott's... Diesel, gas, 12V systems, batteries and inverters, 120V, Generator service, roof, sealing, suspensions, towing and towed, auxillary brake systems, winterizing, tires and brakes; they have people that have done all of these for me. Taking the 100mi trip today for an A/C replacement, and remove the Winegard Satellite Dish replacing with a new Winegard external 5G antenna, removing the TV antenna that we don't use anymore, and a full-wall-slide adjustment. The fuel and time are absolutely worth it to have our motorhome serviced at Scott's. Highly recommend.

We’ve had to leave two shuttle buses after hours for estimate and repair and both times were quick returns on estimates as well as repairs. Great job at reasonable prices.

Took over one of the boys Mercedes work vans for a few repairs. They did schedule him in and did call suggesting a few other "in warranty" work he needed which was very helpful. Good guys in and out as scheduled no muss no fuss .

Fantastic customer service. We are brand new to RV and camping, so there has been a steep learning curve. Dan has been incredibly patient with what I'm sure have been some pretty dumb questions. I feel much more comfortable now that I know we have a trustworthy place for work to be done!

This is our second motorcoach, first diesel pusher. So looking for a service shop you can trust is very challenging. Scott's RV is that shop. From my first phone call to schedule my appointment, to the actual work that was done. The service I needed was full pm all fluids & filters changed, generator service, chassis inspected & greased. I needed 4 house batteries changed out due to age. Scott's team exceeded my expectations on the quality of work and the price. If you are looking for a service shop that you can trust & not worry about being taken advantage because you own a motorcoach. The search no farther. Scott's is a 5 star service center, family owned & run. I won't trust any other shop.

I like Scott and Dan and the employees seem to do a good job. The reason for the one star review is the lady that works at the front desk is very unpleasant to deal with and the prices are too high. They claimed it took four hours to fix my van when I know for sure it was only an hour job. On top of overcharging for labor, they added a bunch of miscellaneous charges. I feel like they want to make a massive profit off of each job. I called a few other local shops to verify that the price they charged me was out of line.
