Made an agreed upon deal after which I had dumped over $35,000.00 into the truck. Then Dave increased the price by $25,000.00 and kept everything I’d put into the unit. I ended up in the end losing just under $40,000.00 dollars. Dishonest and unprofessional. Seagul Diesel used to be a great business but has changed and it seems greed over rides integrity

99% of the shops all across the US should take notes from these guys on how to operate a business. Its very hard to find loyal shops that dont just see you as a money pot especially veing out of state.. These guys are loyal, on time and very precise about their work. I saw some radiator fluid leaking near the upper hose. I didn’t have the proper tools to check where the leak was coming from. Looked for a local diesel mechanic and this shop has some great reviews, called them up and they told me to bring it in and they will check it. They found the problem, it was a loose clamp hose. They tightened it up and send me on my way. Less than 15min. Will recommend them to anyone in Salt lake area. Great job. Thank you guys!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Dave, Bryce, John & Shirley here at Seagull. Even though they're what I'd consider a "big" truck repair shop (12 bays, full parts inventory, etc), Dave is a working owner -- in fact, he's over there now replacing a leveling valve on a W-900! Bryce, even though he tries his best to act all rough & tough, there's no better service manager in the business in my opinion. John is the Master mechanic who rebuilt my engine last month, and he did one hell of a job on it -- runs like new, and even though it's only a 430 hp Detroit, I'm passing trucks with 500+ hp engines on the hills (and my pyrometer has never exceeded 700-degrees!). Shirley is simply a sweetheart -- the office manager with a big heart. In short, this is the shop that everyone with a big truck needs to come to when they need work done. I know my truck won't be going anywhere else!
