I got my tires rotated then the next day the tire monitor light comes on. I go back up there and all of a sudden I need to pay $200 for a new tire sensor "it's likely it died" hmmm.. it was fine before you touched my tires 🙄 probably broke it and expect me to pay for what y'all clearly damaged!!!

I bought a car from them certified check engine light came on took it in they said they fixed it left turned back on not even mile down the road took it back they fixed again. Then again a few months later light back on same code some how it's not covered no more an kept my car for 3 weeks paid over 4k to get it fixed guess what happened 6 months later same light same code an guess what it's not covered somehow an they want another 5k to fix it I would never trust there mechanics nor buy a car from them ever again horrible place

Mike B was my service rep guy & he was amazing! He made what would’ve been a horrible situation into the best possible. Pat also helped tremendously in Mike’s absence. They made the whole experience not shitty at all ☺️. Having car issues during Christmas break is about the worst time you could ever have car issues. Luckily I had a great warranty & what the warranty didn’t cover, Mike went above & beyond to get the dealership to cover so I had a brand new 2025 Silverado to drive around while my perfect baby was being fixed. 🥰

Routine first service. Nothing special to grade. Dealerships are always slower to do services than other places, but allegedly have more specific training on their products. Meh. I made an appt at another of their locations for a different car issue. this one is going on 2 days now without anyone even looking at it yet. A simple cooling system inspection to see where the coolant is going. It's like 1 hour of labor to test the system to see what is going on. So why do they have the appointment system if they don't treat it as a scheduled service. So far all I know is "they have assigned it to a tech" Ridiculous. Is anyone supervising to see if they are on task? Hire some people that know what they are doing to speed up your shop.

I've only had my car for three years, and I've already had to replace the entire transmission, deal with three separate oil leaks, and have a coolant hose replaced. For purchasing a brand-new vehicle, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the quality of their cars. Geoff, was great about lowering my costs and working with me during this very frustrating time. I was given an EV rental car, which was very inconvenient, especially since I do not have the ability to easily charge and EV during the day. It added unnecessary stress while my own car was in the shop for major repairs it shouldn't have needed in the first place. My car is worth $17k and just three years later I had $13k in repairs essentially. Overall, this has been very frustrating, and I am disappointed in my purchase. I have been a loyal GM customer and have only ever had a GM car (lease/buy). This was my first purchase and have extreme regret in buying through you guys. I will never buy a GM car again, a $37k car's transmission should last more than 3 years. I expected far better quality from GM.

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Chevy Suburban straight off the lot with 8 miles on it. By day 3, serious issues began. I brought it in and was told the problem was resolved with a simple radio reset, and it somehow passed GM inspection. Less than 24 hours later, the exact same issue returned. Since then, the vehicle has been back at the dealership three separate times. This most recent visit alone has exceeded 30 days in service, and the total time the vehicle has been out of my possession is even longer. I’ve owned this vehicle for roughly three months and have only been able to drive it for about three weeks. Throughout this process, I’ve been given delays, vague explanations, and no real resolution. For a brand-new vehicle, this level of inconvenience and lack of accountability is unacceptable. At this point, the situation clearly meets lemon law criteria, yet it continues to be treated as a minor issue. This experience has been extremely disappointing. When you invest in a new vehicle at this price point, you expect reliability and competent service. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I would strongly caution others before purchasing or servicing a vehicle at this dealership.

Patrick Walmsley is the dude of dudes. Champion of Bro's. The peoples champ. Service Advisor, bar none. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have met my wife. My kids have more pictures of him than me. He dapped me up once and it was so crispy I got a cease and desist from a Mcdonalds sprite. I went to coolguy town and everyone knew who he was (the statue wasn't up yet but I heard it is now). Locked in and on top of everything, a true consumate professional, kept me in the know and at the ready. I'm jealous that I don't have people like him working for me, my life would be so much easier. Nothing I want to complain about was his fault and in fact, he was the most helpful person I dealt with for the 58 days I didn't have my car. Promote him, give him a raise and make sure you never let him go.
