CARSTAR was the best place to bring my car. After a bad experience at another body stop, that ultimately lead me to bring my car here- it was the best decision. Joe and everyone at this place were very professional and even offered me a loaner car for free, which no other shops were willing to do. My car looks brand new and I’m very happy with this experience. Even though this body shop is not Tesla certified, I would 100% recommend any Tesla owners to trust this shop for any and all repairs. They were honest about the whole process and made my experience seamless. Thanks again!

Starting my review early. Went to tons of repair shops to get my trunk and bumper repaired on my mustang gt. All of them didn't want to look at it, had attitude or didn't care about the army story behind it. I stopped in at car star of sterling heights and the front desk man was awesome....came out and estimated it on the spot was very genuine to the circumstances and was amazing. Alongs the quote stays to what they say and they do an amazing job I have a huge lot of cars from a partner that always needs some repairs. They will be going here for now on. 2015 blue mustang gt convertible. Will be dropped off Monday night 3/20. Pride and joy in my car what they did for me saved thousands....thanks carstar!!!

WOWZA! If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys really go above and beyond. Not only did they fix my car for me in a timely manner but they let me use a loaner car free of charge. I didn't have any hubcaps on my car, they must have had extra hanging around because I now have hubcaps! They also cleaned my car and fixed a little part that wasn't covered by insurance and didn't charge me. Also quoted me a really great price to get my windshield replaced. I will be back to have them do my windshield and will be sending whatever business I can their way! Can't thank them enough, highly highly recommend!

Here's my honest review, The guys are polite especially Joe he is a nice man he offered me free rental. But as a customer, the most important thing to me is getting the job done in a professional way. I was referred to them from my insurance company, when I dropped the car they promised me to get the job done within 5 days. They gave me the car after 22 days with disabled parking sensor and a bumper full of scratches. After back and forth with them they replaced the bumber and they said the parking sensor wires wasn't connected!!! How it wasn't connected and I drove the car for 5 years without any problem?
