Have had vehicles worked on before at the van dyke and riverland location. No prior issues. Vehicle was dropped off the night before, never was worked on. Picked up the vehicle, told don't work on it, did not want to any more due to the fact it was dropped off the night before. I told who ever we were speaking too that, where I work we have vehicles that will be dropped off worked on and finished first thing. Tells me I don't work for a reputable company even though my employer revenues over 2 billions dollars a year. Continues to argue and show how much of an unprofessional worker he was and says we don't need customers like you. As a professional you don't argue with customers in that manner, you say I'm sorry you feel that way and ask what could we do to make things better. Not get out and don't come back. Especially when you have other customers waiting in the room. Highly unprofessional person we dealt with. Will not be coming back. Very unprofessional sales to customer environment in my eyes.

I have called every Auto repair services in Michigan and no positive outcome with them. I called Bonus Tires here in Sterling Heights just to balance my 4 tires. I have to say very impressed with their customer service and work they have done. My tires are A1 because of Bonus Tires. Those of who left less stars for this place can go and fly a kite. For over 20 years both I and my wife, before we even met, have been customers of Bonus Tire. It's a family owned and operated business with great knowledgable staff that's also ran with integrity and ethics, qualities that are hard to find nowadays. They always give their best starting with the estimate and continuing though every step all the way to returning your keys to you after they've finished working on the car. The mechanics you'll see working in the garage are the same ones I met 20+ years ago. Those same mechanics stop what their doing and come up to the counter, face you squarely, and explain in as much detail as it takes for you to understand your repairs (Even if you know nothing about car repair, they're capable of translating it into everyday language). I dare you to get some work done there and then try not to tell others about how good the work they did was let alone how great they treated you.

I've been taking cars here for 30 years. They have always been helpful and fair. They have not survived this long in Auto Repair by cheating and scamming. They can handle most auto repair needs and are a wealth of knowledge about tires. They have never tried to sell me on something I didnt need.

Worse place to go to over priced and terrible customer service. Well it all started getting recommended for this place that was a big mistake, come to find out I could have gotten the same tires and free rotation at discount and had better customer service than this place. This place however overcharged me on the tires and charged me extra for rotating the tires on a program. Which I could never get in to set an appointment because they were never available or had no time to do it when I requested it or kept telling me it'll be a month out then a call back a month later and still they couldn't do it so basically yeah I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Will stick with discount tire. Not this place.

I just moved to the area and got a coupon for a free oil change in my "welcome to the neighborhood" package. Everyone was extremely nice even though I was redeeming the freebie. I also asked about purchasing a replacement spare tire and while I was there and the owner or manager said they didn't have it in stock but referred me to a nearby salvage yard where I was able to get one the same day for a great deal. My overall impression was of a family business that cares about its clients. In the time I was waiting, several folks came in who were clearly long-time customers. I'm really glad to have found a trustworthy place to bring my car and I'll definitely be back. Thanks!

I've been going here for 20 years with all my vehicles. I don't even think about going anywhere else. You can really trust Mark, Joe and Brian with your vehicle. They will treat you well, they always remember your name and will be honest with you. I can remember a couple times when they didn't even charge me for something that was a problem but not a mechanical issue. I wouldn't have known any difference if they would have charged me for it. They're just honest people. Great coupons too and they often give you a couple options on different cost repairs in case you aren't keeping the car. I always feel like I got a fair price. Like I said, I don't even think about going anywhere else.

Been going there for years. Honest and Reasonable. They won't try to charge you for unnecessary repair costs. Update: Went there again yesterday 1/14/2022 for a radiator replacement. Again, top notch service and price. They DON'T gouge you for extras and get the car back to you in a timely manner!

website sucks - gives no prices. says - "call for quote" - and I am not comfortable talking to people. How am i supposed to shop if I cant see the prices? I am not going to sit on the phone with some sales jockey and have him price out all the options for tires, which could take 30 minutes or more.

Bonus Tire is the best mechanic in the area. They fixed my mom’s flat tire within one day, and today replaced the throttle body on my daughter’s car the same day. We’ve been going to them for years and won’t go anywhere else. Their prices are incredibly fair and their service is excellent.
