Writing this review with very disappointing results, if you check the pictures you’ll know. I called the place before went there and they said they’ll clean the car as it will look like it came out from the dealership and they’ll charge $150. I was like sure but after 3 hours of waiting this is what they’ve done, still dust around the car, seats has those dust marks and this is not even close to a full interior detail service. I noticed they’re auto repair shops, they do detailing on the side, I was fooled by looking at all the five stars. I thought it was about the detailing. Giving two stars only because Maruf was really nice guy and tried his best although he was not a detail professional as he said. I have done full detailing couple of time and these was the worst experience.

The best place and people for an oil change! By far the best prices in Sterling Heights. They welcome you with snacks and drinks, I feel like I am back in my home country. They make me very happy. Very honest and loyal. I change my oil for 3000 miles, it goes 4000 miles. They use Amazing products. Could not be happier with these young men. Thank you.

Took my 2015 caravan for a transmission fluid change, basically suck the old fluid out put new fluid in nothing else. $129 out the door seemed like a very good price. Pulled my car around in the back no waiting and they got straight to me and was done in less than an hour. They answered all of my questions and did exactly what I wanted with a smile and friendly banter. Probably 10 years ago I had a bad experience with the mechanics in the big building in the back but this was the oil change place up front. They gave me a coupon for an oil change next time come on I think I'll try them for my next oil change too. They did offer me a free coffee or water. I stayed in my car the whole time but it looked like they had a nice waiting room that looked out into the shop

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at Zazz oil change service center on [01/31/2026]. I visited to get an oil change for my GMC Sierra 1500 based on a referral from a friend who had previously changed their oil with them 3 times for $25, provided their own oil. After service , I was informed that the service would cost $30 instead of the $25 my friend had mentioned. I understand that prices can vary, but my disappointment stems from not being informed of the price difference upfront. It felt as though the price was adjusted after the service was completed, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer.but to be honest, he made this visit be 25 and then the following visit will be $30 While the difference in cost is not substantial, the principle of transparency and clear communication is important to me, and I believe it enhances customer trust and satisfaction. since my girl and I moved into the area I have been taking my jeep to zazz garage never once bad service. always greeted with respect and even asking if you'd like a water coffee or snack. they do not take long at all to do your work on your vechile. I would suggest zazz to anyone as well as there gas station matt is also a great guy works there. both establishments 5 star ratings also zazz gas station now has new digital gas pumps as well
