Recently , I went there for a oil change. Since I made an appointment earlier still they were like their system is not working . They put everything manually . But I have to wait for 2 hours. The reason why I go to walmart for oil change is there is some courtesy service like fluid change and some checks. But they didn't do any checks. Didn't fill up any fluid. The guy who did the service is a Asian guy most probably bengali. His name is "Abdul". We don’t expect this kind of service from walmart. The quality of service is now unacceptable .

Had my battery replaced and later realized they charged a $12 fee which should have not been charged because they kept my old battery. Service was fast and I have had no issues since. Reason for the 2 stars is because of the $12 fee. If I need to use this location again, will definitely look at my receipt prior to leaving.

Oil change issues. I Went in for an oil change, which I made an appointment for and I was told it was going to take about 30 minutes and I was next in line, there was no one in the area when i arrived no cars in the bay either. so I went and walked around the store I came back multiple times and they still had not done my oil change after 2 hours. Finally after complaining because I had to be somewhere the "ACC coach" went and got my car and pulled it into the bay and said he would personally make sure it got done right away from that point it took another hour to get my oil change done, they checked off all the boxes on the receipt saying they filled all my fluids and whatnot but I watched through the window and they didn't do anything but oil. I checked my fluids and nothing was filled, my oil light was not turned off. they did not know how to turn it off. So I had to sit in the parking lot and Google how to do it myself they also put down the wrong mileage for my vehicle now it shows that my vehicle has over 20,000 miles more than it does on the carfax report. And they still charged me full price after arguing for 30 more minutes they did a partial refund but it does not cover the time I lost and im going to lose dealing with the issues they created. Ive been trying to get a hold of the manager David who was supposed to call me back after 48 hours from the 17th still haven't heard anything. the customer service rep at 1-800 at Walmart basically forced the acc manager to give me a partial refund. This was ridiculous. Took almost 3 1/2 hours for a 30 minute oil change.

They did appointment, grab the key, said i need wait around hour. After 3 hours i am comeback to ask how long I need wait, and they told me, they can not do that today. without warning, without a call, without a text. Only “sorry”. Thanks Walmart for best customer service!

Trash auto center, do not go there. Had oil change and the car now giving white smoke. Tried to contact them on phone 20 times and no one answered. Customer service desk is a trash. Tommi from customer service was playing games when asked for a store manager and or Walmart store center. Tommi was playing stupid when asked for the informations. After a big argument, she provided Walmart 800 number and a store manager David. Everyone needs a training at this location. I am going to file official complain to corporate and I hope whoever see this review reconsider going to Walmart. This is insane

Worst customer service ever. Went here for an oil change. I had an appointment 11:30am. Guy working the front told me they had an open spot to pull my car in already and it wouldn't be no more than 40 minutes. Its currently 12:53… when I went to go ask them how much longer, the “manager” told me they had a “hard time opening something” when I got a notification they only started working on my car at 12:24. This is unacceptable. Cheap yes, but I’d rather go somewhere else pay $100 and wait 10 minutes.

Do not take your car here.Took my car for oil change wiper blades and air filter.Was told to give them a hour to hour and half.Went back 2hrs later and was told they didn't do the oil change because they seen water in my oil when they took cap off lol you can't see anything when you take the fill cap off so I asked did you do the wipers and air filter was told no .Wth? No call to let me know or anything. Got oil changed at dealership today nothing wrong at all walmart auto is a joke with a bunch of workers that no zero about cars

Would give 0 if I could. Manager seems nice but thats all he is. Cant manage a team. One person will tell you 30 min-1 hour and then suddenly after an hour they just pulled in your car. Never got a text my car was ready, called after 3 hours and they said not yet cars inside still, and an hour before closing they call you and say your car has been done when are you coming. Miscommunication, no empathy just a bunch of underpaid employees who don’t care enough. Needs management that will actually keep everyone in check. Will not return

Poor customer service. it took three plus hours to get an oil change with an appointment. I never received any updates on my phone while doing other shopping in the store. After a couple of hours, I went back to see what was going on and why I was not receiving any updates to my phone regarding my oil change. I was told lie after lie; they were servicing checking out customers who came in after me.

I came here to get one tire repaired and they rounded a couple of my lug nuts for that tire. Not that big of a deal except I see on the order receipt that they wrote that they were damaged to begin with. I'm not even going to try to rectify the issue with them and they've earned this 1-star review. The tire tech messed up and instead of taking accountability, they had the audacity to say that they were damaged before work was started. I'm just going to buy new lug nuts and change them myself. Also, this location is slow, they'll tell you something will be an hour and over 2 hours later you'll still be waiting.

Came here to get my front tires changed. It didn't go well lol. I could go through the whole story, but it's similar to the other reviews here. They screwed up, lied through their teeth to hide it, and four hours later I get my truck back without my tires installed. Wish I had read the reviews ahead of time.

Had an appointment for three days to get four tires put on. They tried for SIX MINUTES before they called me and said they could no longer do it and canceled the appointment and wouldn’t answer their phone the rest of the day. Total scam operation and an embarrassment of a company. Would not go here if you value time and even a microcosm of a work ethic.

Zero stars for helpfulness and customer service. I bought a main battery and auxiliary battery for my vehicle online, only because my size was not available in store. I changed the batteries myself, I took the 2 old batteries to the auto desk to get my $24 in core fees. Whoever was at the desk very rudely told me there was nothing they can do and to call 1- 800Walmart. So, I call 1800walmart, they tell me they don't know how to give me my money back, to go to the customer service desk inside the store. So I go back into the store, go to the customer service desk, and she tells me to go to auto! Really?! so the next day I go to the Walmart auto center at 12/Van Dyke, and they gave me my $24 and took my 2 batteries no questions asked. Will never return to the 14 mile location

I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience with Walmart's automotive service. After replacing four tires, one tire lost air pressure within two days. Upon returning to the service center, I was informed that the vehicle needed to be left there. Subsequently, I was charged again, and when I inquired about the cause of the tire's air loss, the technician stated he had no knowledge of the issue and advised me to return the following day to speak with a manager. Upon my return, the manager was unavailable. Walmart has yet to provide an explanation for the recurring issue, and I was subjected to additional charges. This experience has led me to conclude that I should not have purchased automotive services from Walmart, and I believe their focus should remain on retail sales rather than automotive repairs.

The absolutely worst experience ever. Ordered tires at the beginning of November, scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving. Had to reschedule since I was told it would take longer than the hour I scheduled. The day before my next appointment they randomly cancelled 1 of my tires and that appointment. Came by today for my next scheduled appointment and they couldn't help me only the manager could and he was out sick. I just cancelled the whole order and went to belle tire

Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Just head 2 miles south to the 12 mile auto center. All walmart auto shops are walk in and usually take care of you pretty quickly. This one wants you to have an appointment and said without one, I will have to wait minimum 2-3 hours for a tire repair! And they were EMPTY! No customers no cars in the bays. What a joke
