They did an AMAZING job on the repair, but a $7,000.00 total cost? They must make as much as lawyers, as the materials were MAYBE a quarter of that (+/-). Regardless, they did do an AMAZING job on my daughter's moms 2017 Focus.

Very bad phone customer reps. The lady I was connected with seemed rather annoyed that my call was disturbing the flow of her day. She just kept repeating "When do you want to drop the car off?", even though I told her it needs to be collected from a towing lot and their website claims they have pickup and delivery services. When I directly asked her about that service, she claimed they did not offer it and I should take care of it.

I am so happy I took my business to Suburban Ford! I have went to several local Ford dealerships and have been unimpressed at best. Suburban Ford should be the role model other dealerships follow! Their customer service is excellent and treat you like a person not a number. They go above and beyond what is expected. Little things like their courtesy car wash after service or repairs doesn't cost them much but (I feel) makes a world of difference to us as consumers because it shows their appreciation instead of just collecting payment and out the door you go.

They refused to provide service! I made a appt for rear end damage that happened while another dealer was driving our vehicle. That dealer's insurance was covering the costs. Lady on the phone said "We cannot fix it. You have to pay for it yourself, or it has to be your insurance paying, that's our policy." Absolute nonsense! Took our business to another dealer group body-shop, and they had no problem with the situation whatsoever. I hope management knows they are turning business away

I hit a deer up north and they completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Extremely friendly, professional staff. Repairs looked brand new. They took the time to review the damages with me when I dropped my car off for the repairs and they walked me through the work they did afterwards. Highly recommend them for any collision repairs. They even go above and beyond by detailing the interior of the car.

Absolutely fantastic job repairing the body damage to my Honda HR-V. I expected them to fix the body panels and wash the vehicle but did not expect the great attention to detail both inside and out. This place is amazing ! I have gotten one of my cars here before but recently my car was hit with minor damage and they fixed my car and it looks brand new ! And they even offer you a ride to enterprise if your getting a rental car and then when your car is fixed enterprise gives to a ride to get your car !! I never seen my car so white !!! Looks like I just got it out of the dealership !

Very pleased with the service and support I received from the folks here! I was stressed as this was my first claim and my insurance wasn't making it easy. Jordan and Lisa helped me with scheduling and answered all my questions. Jordan spoke with my insurance provider and it all worked out in my favor. It was a quick turnaround time. Pretty sure they washed and vacuumed my car before returning it too. I would use them again!

I was at this location on 10/09 and unprofessional does not even begin to describe my experience. "Joe" who handled my car/communication was completely and utterly useless. He kept sending me updates via text that did not correspond with anything happening to my vehicle. I had to call him for updates and to really know what was happening because he never called me back when he said he would. As an "apology," Joe said he was going to have my car detailed and cleaned. My car went through a car wash and the technicians forgot to put up my seat after they had used my trunk to transport the bumper being painted. To make matters worse I'm dealing with an insurance claim and the insurance company won't pay out my deducible because Joe forgot to add it to the paperwork that was sent over. This whole situation was a mess and I will never send my car to another Suburban location for anything ever again.

I highly recommend this location for any collision work. I needed to get work done urgently and they were extremely helpful in scheduling it right away. They also accomodated my pick up after work was done as I had to be out of town for couple of days. (Other shops don't allow vehicle to be held at their location after work is done). The quality of work was great. Great overall experience. Special thanks receptionist and Jordan Watson being very courteous and taking excellent care of the customer.

This was a flawless experience from start to finish! From the first phone call after my accident I knew I was in great hands. The estimate was very close, they took care of everything with the insurance company and the work was done in exactly the estimated timeframe of 2 weeks! My car was fully detailed inside as well!
