Car starting shaking soon after I left the shop. Had to call a tow truck. My oil was leaking after I left the shop, it was fine before. Absolute worst experience I ever had!

They didn't tighten my oil filter all the way and it started leaking through the filter. Eventually car has almost no oil in it! I was driving on almost no oil and didnt even know. It started shaking like it was dying and that's when I saw oil leaking out the filter, it was so loose I could move it by hand, not happy, I hope my engine is not ruined

Wonderful place, these guys helped me out with a great price on fixing my car which when other people told me $1200+ these guys did it for half! Service is great, everyone here is nice, greet you when you walk in and show they care about you everywhere else I go is rude people, very convenient for me, great prices on gas one of the cheapest compared to others and their gas actually lasts, thank you Napoleon's, I will be a regular

Super reliable guys here they do good work with good parts they don't jack up the prices of parts and every fix they make has been reliable if they come across an issue that they aren't confident or equipped to handle they will let you know and reccomend an alternative shop. They are my go to autoshop for many repairs from chassis steering, brakes,and engine service.

They couldn't install my grandmas valve cover gasket correctly and couldn't even install the rest of the parts and used the original parts instead of doing the job correctly with all new parts and they cant even tighten down an oil filter properly and when I confronted the owner with pictures from another shop he didn't wanna own up to what he failed at wouldn't refund the garbage work they and take advantage of woman and the elderly please advice to go to a real shop and not this hack trying scam for a dollar

I'm an avid reviewer on SiteJabber, I rarely give 5 stars BUT Napoleon's Auto Service is 5 stars worthy. I've been there are few times and it's time for a review: HONEST! (yep I said honest mechanic I'm as surprised as you) Reliable, Dependable, Friendly, Hard Working. They RESPECT their customers and communicate with you. I hate to see them get too busy for me, after this review. But, hey I always share a good thing! So, if you are tired of dealing with shady mechanics give Napoleon's a try you won't be disappointed. I know I'm not! I'm very happy to find such a decent place that doesn't rip me off :))) THANK YOU NAPOLEON AUTO!! I will update this review in 6 months.

I went in today because my 99 Grand Am keeps overheating. I feared the worse and when I called to check on my car, he said it would be a simple fix of $35 and when I went to pay, it was only $25!! This place is awesome and honest!! My best friend comes here all the time. Highly recommend!

I have had excellent experiences with this car shop. The guys were nice and explained to me exactly what was wrong with the car showing the details. Also the guys fixed up my right front signal light in a few minutes and told me there was no charge! The prices are very reasonable. The location is great since I can go to a nearby Dunkin’ Donuts or shop around Big Lots while I am waiting. I would highly recommend this place.

I have never left a review for any business before but these guys deserve all the business in the world. If you're looking for somewhere to take your car, this is where you should go. I consistently get my oil changes done here and I just got my brakes done. They are honest, knowledgeable, kind, and an all around pleasure to do business with. I recommend them 10/10.
