I would like to express my appreciation to Sterling Collison staff especially Mark for their outstanding customer service, quality of work and customer satisfaction guaranteed. They kept me updated along the line on the status of my cars they are fixing along with looking after all my family vehicles all I had to do is just call Mark and tell him about my family coming to the shop for repair. Very reasonable prices, quality deliverables and always honest about their schedule and finish date. I highly recommend this shop for all cars Collison needs. If you want to waste your money and your time just go to this shop . They just make me wait 3 months to fix my car and they didn’t. In the end I took it to dealership which they fixed it in a week

This is the best collision shop around. Great work and really nice guys. Great prices ! I had paint work done a while back and they matched my triple coat with sparkles perfectly. I just pulled the front bumper guard half off and stopped there and he fixed it in 10 minutes for a for a great price.

I can give a negative rating if its available. DON’T GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP FOR REPARIS. They will not use genuine parts during repairs and will drive your vehicle for their personal use. Leave your car with this collision center at your own risk specially if it’s a premium brand. Highly unreliable, incompetent auto shop. If you closely review the invoice, they would have double charged you for same parts replacement. They go back and forth several times stating parts are not available and charge for the same parts multiple times. When I took my vehicle for servicing at the Audi dealership, they have provided me a feedback that the parts, nuts/screws etc fitted into my vehicle are from some random vehicle and not genuine. They have just picked parts whatever was available in their auto shop and fitted to my car. Most of them are not genuine. Even the bumper replacement was not done though Mark charged for new bumper but had manually removed the dent and did a shady job of painting. It was very clear from their work that the bumper was not replaced but repaired. While fixing the head lights, they have damaged the washer fluid tank resulting in leakage. They also had messed up the adaptive cruise control sensors. Their work clearly shows that they are not experienced dealing with cars. The worst of all is that they misused my car and handled it carelessly. Drove for over 700miles, dumped all old tires in the trunk, used it for their personal work. Kept the car very dirty and dusty. When we questioned them after showing the before and after mileage, Mark/ Marvin denied and told me that its not a rolls royce to drive my car.

Took my SUV there for a simple scratch and chip repair. Got greeted by Mark who looked at the damage. He quoted me $500 for the repair. When I went to pick up my vehicle I saw mismatched paint and clear coat drips across the entire side. It looked like Mark decided to turn a quick buck and gave the job to a newbie who massed up my car. When I pointed out the bad looking paint work Mark said what did you expect for $500. I asked for my money back and Mark laughed and said "sue me". I walked away from this situation because it did not feel right. I took my vehicle to another collision shop and ended up paying $1400 to undo what Sterling Collision did.

ANYONE looking for an AMAZING collision shop should stop here and see Mark! He has helped me with two different cars that had minor front end hood damage and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the work!! His staff is UNBEATABLE at what they do and fast!!! There is no doubt his shop has saved me thousands of $$$ in what could have been insurance nightmares so I am forever grateful!! Mark is simply awesome and an absolute pleasure to do business with. He is straight-forward, honest, and a man of his word when it came to estimates and scope of work. He went above and beyond to make my car look spectacular meaning he did more than he needed to and never gave me a hard time or tried hustling me in any way at any point of the process. The first good thing about this place is that it’s open on the weekends! I got in an accident early on a Saturday afternoon and Sterling Collision was the only place open and available to take my car. The second good thing is that Mark was very transparent during the whole process. He let me know when my car arrived, when the insurance adjuster came, when he ordered parts, and when the car was done. The third amazing thing was that once the parts were ordered, my car was complete in three days. I only worked with Mark, and he was super nice and readily available if I had questions or concerns. I’m very satisfied with the service I received, and I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
