I didn’t end up going here due to an unexpected power outage they experienced due to construction in the area. However the customer service here is fantastic. They let me know promptly that they have an unexpected power outage. Really does above and beyond. I would recommend coming here due to the wonderful customer service. I am sad that I couldn’t give this place my business but in the future I will definitely consider RC Auto Glass.

This was the first place I called to have my windshield replaced. I was told after I had it done "they were a bit pricey." But. They answered my call early in the morning, said "we can get you in today, or tomorrow. Whatever is more convenient for you." They then said "we can have you ready in about an hour and a half. But we can move things around if thats too long for you." I kindly told them to take their time. Lol. Great people, fast and good service. Even if it is "pricier" Id be happy to pay the difference again. 5 stars

I think the glass replacement price is unbeatable. Though after I came back I had tp spend 2-3 hrs to get the inside wobbling cover reinstalled and both outside side strips aligned and fastened with some glue, the shop service was quick and passable. Technician Mat is a nice friendly guy. Would come back and recommend.

He was one of the only places around to guarantee that he’d get (ins approved) the original windshield replaced vs the (1/2 the cost) after market that the insurance companies try to push. Support this small business!! They’re better than the bigger companies and go above & beyond! Ps.. I found them from the dealership, who often uses them because they don’t do windshield in house. So glad they referred me!

Absolutely the best option for glass work for your car as well as other applications. If you own a high end car and want the security of knowing it’s going to be well taken care of, these are your guys. Great service, great prices, and absolutely expert installation. We drove 3 1/2 hours from Ohio to these guys to have a windshield replaced on a Lamborghini and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Had the upper part of my home window replaced this year by RC Glasscare. Firstly, the responce time was excellent. Got a quote very quickly, the installer Kris and who seemed to be the shop manager, matt, were very professional, kind and educated. the price was on average 60% lower than over 15 other local window repair services in our immediate area. I was kept in the loop with times of my product being delivered and they were kind enough to work with my schedual to install. Kris cleaned up very well in the work area of my home and seemed to do a detailed job checking things several times upon install. Very grateful for their services and quality of their trade. Would highly reccomend to anyone looking for this same service. Thank you, I greatly appreciate all you guys have done.
