Honestly the prices are great but I brought my tire to be fixed bwcause it had a leak and it was a simple fix the guy told me. After i drove it home after it was repaired the next day I come out of the house to go to work and my tire was flat and wouldnt air up at all not even a little bit. They acually fully ruined my tire and now i have to go buy a new one. But I think I will buy it from somewhere else.

I think these dudes are underpaid, which is probably why they're always short staffed. People would love to bring their cars to Walmart for tires and oil changes, unfortunately this place just doesn't have the staff to handle walk ins

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Have tried using them twice now & every time they have turned me away or made me wait an hour plus just to be serviced due to not having personnel to do oil changes. They need to hire more people or figure out better scheduling but turning away when there well before close is ridiculous.

In a very stressful morning with 2 toddlers in tow and a flat tire, Steve at Walmart Auto Care Center was so friendly and helpful. They were able to replace my flat and get me back on the road in under an hour! So grateful for Steve and the whole crew!

Worst place in the world. I shop everyday at this location and today I decided to replace my tires with 4 new ones. The manager told me 45 minutes and it ended up being over 2 hours with my car being the only one in the shop. When I asked him why it is taking so long he replied back with a rude tone of voice. After I finally left the dashboard light came up to check my tire pressure. I called them and they want me to go back. I will never return again after this experience. I’d rather pay someone else to check my tires then go back there for free.

I was there at 530pm on a Saturday and was out by 615pm. I had an oil change done using my own oil/filter/oil additive/drain plug washer for $20, which was fair. Also had 2 new Goodyear tires balanced and mounted as well as the other tires rotated all at a great price. I was a bit leery of trusting Walmart with my old girl, but Levar and his team did a great job with her. I will go back there again and I highly recommend them for routine service, regardless of price.

Came in to get new tires and purchased Douglas All Season tires. They are a set of good tires for a great price. All the employees behind the counter were great and helpful. Got in and out just slightly over an hour with no headaches. I will be coming here for my car needs! Thank you guys.

Had to call the store to open the door after opening time. Paid for them to check everything because I was driving a long road trip and they didn't check the battery due to "unsafe condition". Fortunately my car is fairly new and the battery only six months old but what if it wasn't??? The car was parked in your Bay so it was not unsafe, he just wanted to stand around and talk with a cashier and pulling out the tester would take too long apparently. But this Walmart is very poor in guest service so I expect nothing else. I had to get the oil done and get on the road and they open an hour before the rest.

Wouldn't do my tire rotation and balance because my car is too small apparently. Funny because another location does it no problem. I used to work at this location and lifted cars smaller than my Chevy Trax everyday. Workers there just want a paycheck and no desire to work for it. When I call them out about not being to do it they told me they didn't have any blocks to lift it up or the other lift couldn't reach the lift points that was a lie. If I was you I would stay away from this location don't let them touch your car.

They forgot to put back the bolt after changing the battery which caused power steering jam . Unbelievable . Walmart need to take this seriously as this could have caused big accident for me as I came back to Walmart as soon as I felt something not right .

I went to get a new tire. They completed the service but locked my car doors, which locked me out my car. The employees were very helpful in assisting with unlocking my car doors so I could get back in which took like 2 additional hours. However, the manager was very rude and dismissive. He didn’t apologize or offer any kind of assistance and disappeared after our first interaction. If it wasn’t for the employees my car would still be stuck out there today.

Front desk manager was nice and quickly got vehicle for oil change however whoever did oil change should get fired. They did not screw back underbody panel completely, filled extra quart of oil.

Over torque a lug nut when I came in for a tire changed. Cannot take of the lug nut. Broke off the stud. Manager is does not try to solve any issue. Bald white guy think he is a know it all. People here seem purposely ruin customers cars looking at their previous reviews.

Tremendously happy. They ALL did a great service for me Adam, Joe. the "Young Lady" cashier and the others guys. Had 1 tire from a set of 4 that I ordered online that went bad after about 10,000 miles.Walmart was able to replace it for a small fee. I suggest buying tires online (buy full warranty, lifetime rotation, balance, and road hazard) and have them installed there. I liked the tires so much I purchased same brand for my wife and daughter. Very Pleased
