I ordered a set of wheels from Joe about 4-5 months ago they have been sitting ( car was in paint shop) when car arrived this Friday to install wheels we noticed I had 1 wrong center cap. I called Joe Friday afternoon around 5pm he sent the correct part out the same day with no hassle. Once again great customer service I would definitely recommend! Awesome place to deal with. They helped me with a rim and tire set up for my truck. I ordered the rims and they were delivered the next day to my house. Not sure how you can over night ship rims and tires but they did! Rims showed up exactly how he said they would wrapped in plastic and ready to be installed.

Beware of this place and I will never buy from them again. Was quoted a price and after the car was on the lift and new wheel going on, they told me there will be an additional cost of $200 for wheel sensors. The car is a 2024 and seems that should have been quoted originally. Spent over $2000 but was suppose to be under $1800. Then I noticed they put a big dent in my door(wife's new car ouch) from their black jack handle( the black paint still there) and denied it. Then they also ordered some hub rings to help with the vibration of the new wheels. After about 10 times trying to schedule this install(they ordered the wrong ones and had to order the correct ones) I still have the dent in the door and over $2000 worth of wheels and tires that vibrate over 60 mph. These were a suprise gift for my wife and wish I never went to their shop. Huge waste of money and damage to the new car. They suck!!!!!

I was shopping for 38x13.5x20 mud terrain tires for my 5th gen ram Rebel for about 2 weeks. Looking online and multiple shop in my area for convenience because my time is important to me. My main concern was the large diameter of the tire not fitting properly. I stopped in on Thursday morning and talked to the young lad named Rio and expressed my concerns on the fitment issues I had. I already knew what tires I wanted. I had 3 different ones in mind and already knew the ballpark range in prices from shopping around. (He at the time did not know this) When he told me my price on the different choices I had for the out the door price I said take my money. He ordered my tires and had them the next morning. Went in on Saturday morning at 9 am and was heading home 1.5 hrs later with the baddest looking Rebel around. There was a little fitment issue due to the custom mud flaps I have. There tire tech did his thing and got it resolved very quickly. He also took extra care not to scratch the wheels and such. It was a great experience as I take great pride on my truck. I would defiantly recommend this US Wheel and Tire location on mound road just south of 18 mile. Thanks Rio and your team for hooking me up.
