This rating and posting for Seramonte Subaru is mostly based on the experience I had with David Martinez, my service manager. That began on a Tuesday afternoon in October 25. I called the closest Subaru dealer after being told by another dealership that I shouldn’t drive all the way back to Palm Springs without having the transmission checked out. I called the service desk at 5:30pm explained my situation and expected to hear that they could take a look at my car one day in the future. Instead David said “sure, no problem. When do you want to bring it in?” I drove in and met David in person. I knew he would do his best to take care of me and get me back on the road ASAP. The following day I learned that I needed a new transmission. All he needed was an approval from my claims adjuster. Navigating this process alone showed me David could get the job done. A few days later after jumping through several hoops David called me and said that my car was ready and all I needed was the $50 deductible and they would be sending the rest of the money owed to my warranty company who had already approved the $11K amount due. In summary, David had taken what could have been a disastrous situation and turned it around leaving me feeling grateful and satisfied. He was professional and helpful from beginning to end. My husband and I own a 2019 Subaru Forester. A couple of weeks ago, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System light came on a few times. I took my car to Serramonte Subaru last week. Jeff S. in the services team was very helpful and professional. He helped me find my warranty info in their system. The technician found a faulty sensor and replaced it. Because of the warranty, the job was completely free. I’ll highly recommend Serramonte Subaru!

Disorganized Dealership with Concerning Business Practices - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! My husband and I recently bought a certified pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek from Serramonte Dealership. Dealing with this dealership was a stressful and frustrating experience. The way they handled everything felt not just disorganized but deceptive, and it's shocking that this is coming from a certified dealership. I'm writing this so other buyers can avoid what we've had to deal with. After I signed all the paperwork, I noticed windshield damage that I hadn't seen during my test drive or final inspection. The damage only showed up after the dealership took the car to wash it and fill it with gas. Sales Manager Moath Nemer told us the dealership would "definitely take care of it" and said a technician would check whether it needed repair or replacement. But when he sent me the due bill, it only said "repair." I asked him to update it to say "repair or replacement" like he promised, but I never heard back. When my husband brought the car in for our scheduled appointment, the first technician looked at it and said it couldn't be repaired, it needed a full replacement. A few hours later, the dealership called and asked to return for another evaluation. This time, a different technician said someone had already repaired the windshield, but he couldn't guarantee the quality of the repair. Sales Manager Carlos Chavez then told there were no records of who did the repair or when it was done, and said they weren't doing anything else about it. I called General Manager Arasch Haidari, and he assured me over the phone that the dealership would replace the windshield if the damage got worse because of their repair. But when I asked him to confirm that in writing, along with proof that they fulfilled the due bill, he never responded to my emails. On top of all this, we bought an extended warranty and maintenance plan, but the dealership never sent us the paperwork for either one. That's a pretty basic thing they should've handled automatically. This dealership fails to provide important documents, doesn't follow through on what they promise, and apparently doesn't even keep records of the work they do or take accountability for it. I'd recommend going somewhere else for both buying and servicing your car. P.S. This dealership had so many good reviews on Google and Yelp, but after this experience, I'm not sure they're real. I discovered their page on the Better Business Bureau, where real issues are posted. I wish I had found it before purchasing the car from them!

Very busy but very well organized service department. They greet you and handle paperwork quickly. There is a comfortable waiting area. Work spaces are provided with connections for your electronics. There is a coffee machine with many free choices of brew No one is walking around with multiple sheets of oil smudged orders trying to remember what they are doing. No one talks down to you if you are female. I saw one employee being so kind to an elderly person who was a bit overwhelmed and sat down to clarify the options with complete patience. Just good folk doing good work.

We went to Serramonte Subaru dealership on late afternoon Sunday 2/15 to look at a certified pre-owned 2024 Outback. We were greeted by Kenneth as soon as we pulled in front of the show room. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answer any questions we have for him both during the test drive and in the show room. We decided to purchase the vehicle. The finance manager also stayed past the closing time to process all the paperwork. The entire process went very smoothly. There was no pressure selling, everyone involved demonstrated high level of knowledge and professionalism. I had a service appointment for 10:30 and waited in line for 45 minutes to check in On top of the initial wait, they’re “backed up”, so a minor service is going to take over 2 hours I have a baby at home and my time is valuable I asked if they have a mothers / nursing room and they don’t, so I guess I have to pump on the bathroom floor (see attached photo) Would you want to sit on this floor? There is no changing table either I find the lack of accommodations to mothers to be odd, given the brand identify is so geared toward families I wouldn’t recommend to moms, families or anyone that values their time, for that matter If you need to bring your baby, forget about it and go somewhere else

I visited this service center for my first maintenance visit, lured in by several emails and mailers promising a fixed-price service that included all manufacturer-recommended tasks. Unfortunately, the experience was a textbook bait-and-switch. Despite presenting a valid, non-expired coupon, the service manager refused to honor the advertised price and attempted to charge extra for a tire rotation that should have been included. I ended up paying significantly more for a basic oil change than I would have elsewhere. I recommend avoiding this location, as they do not stand behind their own promotions.

A plastic part popped out on the front passenger side of my new Impreza RS. Don't know where it came from. At my first car service I asked if they can reattached the plastic piece. I was told they will do it but the part was not reattached and was sitting on the front seat when I picked up my car.
