Terrible customer service, very rude, they talk to you like you’re dumb. They lost the key to the van and tried to tell us that they didn’t have our car but they had it for over 6 months while they waited on a part that never came.

Do not trust them with your money! I called and got a quote for a simple oil change for my RV (ford Chassis), the estimate was higher than other Ford dealerships in the area but it was the closest to me and easiest to get to via RV. I brought my RV in and Jesus told me that it would take a few hours even though I had an appointment. During all of this I was distracted because I had a family member in the hospital and needed to get on the road as soon as possible to get to them. They saw this as the perfect opportunity to take advantage of me. They charged me $372 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. The best part was I tried to clean my windshield on the way home and they hadn't even bothered to check or fill the reservoir even though Jesus made a point to tell me they checked and topped off all fluids...Then i get home, realized I wasn't charged what I was quoted and called them (1 hour after leaving). Jesus actually said "Well if you would have pointed this out when you were here we wouldn't have charged you that much". Clearly they saw a young woman in distress who was distracted by a sick hospitalized family member and decided to take advantage of them. I had to take my RV to another Ford dealer to have them recheck everything because at that point I wasn't even sure if they even did check everything! WHO CHARGES ALMOST $400 FOR AN OIL CHANGE?!? What a disgusting place of business with untrustworthy staff, they should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of people during a global pandemic. BEWARE!

Not recommendeded ! Waste of time & energy. They lacks professionalism, communication, transparency & worst customer service. I am surprised how poor the customer service is from Ford especially the same location we purchased the van. We dropped our company Van for service as they promised it would be done in 2-3 days however they couldn't compete the work and exceeded 8 working day. They lacked in communicating to us and we were finding difficulty to reach them. They didn't provide us the breakdown of the charges & had to reach them to provide but no luck.

Had truck in for a recall on 9/30. Truck started having issues 10/3, would start 10/6 had it towed in. Called 10/7 for update no call back. 10/8 called for update no call back. 10/9 stopped by at 7:30am in person to get an update. Brian said he never called me because he didn't have an update as the truck was only looked at in the afternoon 10/8. Call your customer back!! Even to say you have no update. At approximately 9:40am the truck arrived at our shop with a report that is VERY VAGUE. Tried calling again, left a message for Tony. We shall see if I get a call back.......
