Amazing experience! The only mechanic that actually gave us a quote over the phone and send us one via email and gave us a ton of options. These guys are the real deal and actually care and don’t even mind having one of their mechanic come and test drive With you to check for anything else if they didn’t find the issue He also showed me how to open my key to access the battery and gave me a new on the house

They have plenty of lifts and mechanics and they work with multiple cars. Waiting was minimum. Prices are up front and there are no surprises. I was working across the street and needed a front end alignment and my tires rotated and balanced. After I picked my vehicle up and headed to Tampa it had a bad vibration and I called and informed them about the issue. I was told to bring it back. The next morning a "rep" called and asked about my "experience " with this business. I explained that the vibration was really bad and a whole lot worse than the initial reason I brought it in for service. He said he would check into it and find a time to bring it back. Well it Thursday before the Christmas break and I can't wait to have it fixed correctly. I have taken to another business and they have confirmed what I suspected. The person that worked on my vehicle didn't have a clue about how to perform the work. Yes it will cost me out of pocket to get work done right but I urge you not to use this business. Oh yeah, when a business ask you to pay via Zelle, there is probably a reason. Once you pay Zelle you can't dispute the charges. AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU
