Long haul truckers be aware of this company I called them to patch a flat tire on my trailer they came 11 miles and charged me $204.00.They sent a technician name tommy.And he had a baaaaaaaaaaaad attitude. ALL I have to say if Tommy don't want to do his job there's people out there would do his job. 204.00 IS REDECULIOUS for a simple tire repair.

Called for a road call on Saturday morning 6/29/2024 to replace a tire on my semi trailer and 1) they wanted to put a 1000 hold on my credit card and 2) they couldn't even tell me how much the road call was going to be. No thanks. I called tire thread in Fredericksburg and got told a price over the phone before they came out. Don't fall for this scam. Even my shop at home said not to do it so I didnt.

We had a driver down for several hours on I-95 - dealing with another company and getting the run around. I called Service Tire and talked to the nicest guy and in maybe 5 minutes he was dispatching his tech to the rescue - all in all maybe 1.5-2 hours (partially due to 95 traffic) from time of call until the truck was back up and moving. Thank you! I appreciate when people don't make things more painful than they need to be!
