I was given $10 off of my invoice to submit a 5 star review at the time of payment. I was treated well and in a timely fashion so I can justify this rating. I scheduled my service appointment ahead of time online. After being checked in, my service was performed as requested. As is typical for some auto service businesses, there were additional service recommendations. My two were based upon an observation for one and solely upon my vehicle’s mileage for the second. I always question the criteria for the recommended services in order to make educated decisions as they are pricey.

I’ve been to several Firestone locations locally and in different states, and this one was by far the best experience overall. The team was upfront, honest, reasonable with pricing, and very knowledgeable. They were also very efficient — the service was completed quickly, and they took the time to show me the before and after results, which I really appreciated. At no point did they try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing anything unnecessary. I’ve tried other Firestone locations in the area, but this will definitely be my go-to moving forward.
