I was 5 minutes late for an appointment and they would not honor it. I agreed to waiting, but it still took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. A bit ridiculous considering how many oil change places exist within a 5 mile radius. Despite this, the workers were nice and did a good job.

Wife and I got our first new Chevrolet earlier this year at shaheens. Loved the entire experience and got a great truck. When it was time for an oil change, we scheduled at the quick lane. We came super early, like an hour plus. Still able to wait in line and get a completed in about 30 minutes. Kids loved to walk around. Plenty of smiling faces and a lot of help offered. All for a simple oil change. Thank you very much for everyone we met today!

My car was acting like it did not want to drive, I felt like I was forceing the pedal down to drive, it was making noises. They said they did not find anything wrong. I asked if someone would ride while I drove and then let them drive so they can see what I was talking about. They said nothing was wrong and it sounded fine, and when they looked at it it was fine. Long story short. my car has quite running. Not happy.

No employee reviewed services performed. I asked cashier about this and she said ‘they are too busy’. I asked for the printout of the inspection. When I read it at home, it stated my wheel alignment is out of alignment. I should have been told about this from a service rep. When I called Shaheen to schedule an oil change appointment the employee told me about their new mobile oil change unit that changes the oil in your driveway. As he finished scheduling the appointment he said, there is a $29.95 convenience fee ‘that I will set you up with’. I told him he should have stated that fee at the start of the conversation. I canceled the mobile appointment and made the appointment at the dealership. No customer service at oil change bay, that was very disappointing.

I needed a rear window wiper blade, so I popped into Shaheen’s Oil Change & Tire Center. I had a look before my visit to see if I could replace the blade myself, but it seemed too complicated. When I pulled my car into the bay, Preston helped me. He got the appropriate blade, told me the cost, and installed it in no time. Preston was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was delighted that he solved the problem so quickly.
