Pumps don’t provide a receipt - have to go in to get it. The cashier was having a conversation, so I finally left without my receipt. Inconvenient! You have one job.

Had an altercation with a guy (an Arabic tall and buffy really stupid guy)and police had to be called in,he throw a spit on us and start threaten us all because he couldnt reach the pump to fill his suv ,he said that he was the owner and that we had to leave, but according to the police officer he is the guy who works the night shift in that gas station, if its true i think that kind of people should never work in a place where is direct interaction with customers.

My wife stopped for gas here and an employee got into her car as she drove into the car wash and tried to kiss her. Burly guy named Alex who works out. She should have called the police. Avoid this station at all cost.

Always the most expensive gas prices in the area. Dont have the best variety of drinks and snacks other than that it's a shell gas station. The staff at this one is not particularly friendly.

The cashier was on her phone and singing to the lovely country song on the radio and also texting. So I let her finish as I stood there waiting to pay. I tell her the amount and she repeats it wrong. I tell her the correct amount and she says that’s what I said. Very crabby, if you don’t like your job just quit it’s simple. Not the face that should run the place. Namaste.

This Shell gas station is ridiculous with it's expensive gas prices. I understand it's right next to I-55 so it takes advantage of high prices for unaware travelers but charging 30 cents more than the nearby speedway half a mile away is unacceptable. Staff members inside are okay but this gas station attracts shady people, one time a Arab scammer pretending he needed gas money and was travelling from California would be venturing out in this gas station to unfortunately scam people for money in exchange for a fake gold ring. If I were you, avoid this gas station.

diamond purchase
I pumped one gallon of gas here. I paid outside but didn't grab the receipt. Later that day I checked my account and found they charged me $33.31 for almost 10 gallons. Staff keeps telling me different times to call and speak to manager. These people are thieves. Stay far away from this place.

Have previously been treated really well here by staff who were polite but had to report an incident where my car may have been damaged by using the car wash and the staff memeber was rude, aggressive, accused me of causing the damage myself, wouldn't tell me who the manager was all accompanied by several eye rolls. At no point said the car was was to blame, all I wanted to do was report the incident but he was really dismissive and unhelpful. Won't be using this gas station again.

I stopped here to use the washroom on my way home. The washrooms were outside and as soon as I unlocked the door with the key, smells of dirty urine filled diapers and all types of other odors hit me. I told the attendant on the inside that I didn't use the washroom and that it really needed attention. He was really nice and apologized. I left.

Stopped by at 5:45pm and there’s no workers? Place is locked up with no one inside. Waited around and knocked on the door and no one home. Definitely skip this gas station.
