I highly recommend this company. There were delays and service issues, but all companies are dealing with this right now due to supply and worker shortages. The employees that installed my doors were extremely professional and did exceptional work. While the delays were frustrating, the company did provide a nice discount for for my trouble, and I must say that at the end of the day I am highly satisfied with the final outcome.

I recently stopped by the store to purchase the vinyl piece that fits under my shower door’. They were kind enough to cut to measure and didn’t charge me. I came home thinking I could replace it myself (I’m 80 years old). I couldn’t get it on and was going to call the store when I noticed their truck in front of my door. What are the chances? Andrew, their employee was putting in new shower doors across the street. He came in and put it on for me. They are a local business that has been in the Richardson area for years. I recommend them highly.

Save yourself the time shopping. I used Shower Doors of Dallas twice. First in 2014 and again in 2018. Recently, June 2023, I called about a door handle that had become loose after more than 5 years. They were at my house 2 days later and replaced the handle with a brand new one totally free. When’s the last time you received service of any kind after 5 years, much less excellent service? You can relax and trust they’ll do a great job and be there for you years later. It’s a no brainer.

They were fantastic to work with through the entire process from estimation, to hardware ordering, through to installation. Their install team even came back out again to ensure our glass enclosures were completely clean (wow!). Update 10/23/25 I honestly don’t understand why this company doesn’t have a perfect score—because in my eyes, they absolutely deserve it. I’ve been using them since 2022 and will continue to do so without hesitation. I always recommend them to others.
In July 2024, we had our shower doors and bathroom mirrors replaced. Everything looked amazing, and the quality was top-notch—especially the shower door, which is heavy and well-made. A year later, the door stopped closing properly. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, so I called for a service appointment. They scheduled me right away, showed up promptly, and fixed the issue in just five minutes. They knew exactly what the problem was and handled it with ease.
From the ladies in the office to the technicians who come out, their customer service is impeccable. This is the kind of service I grew up with—professional, courteous, and efficient—and it’s sadly rare these days. I’m grateful to have found a company that still values its customers so highly.
Update 7/1/24 The last thing off our list was completed. Glass shelves for our master bath shower. Xavier and his team did a great job. Also, everyone is always so nice and professional. Will never hesitate to call them and refer them out.
Update 6/28/24 Our new bathroom mirrors were installed. I wrapped two bathrooms in gold trim. The master bath I went with a beveled edge. The mirror was too long to wrap in the gold trim without having seams in areas not suitable to the eyes. We have one more installation of glass shelves for the shower niche on Monday. My son shower they did two weeks ago seems to be working just fine. No water leaks while showering.
Great work and quick install!! Would use them again!!! Used Shower Doors of Dallas again. Update 5/13/24 They really do custom Shower Doors well. I am also having custom mirrors made for 3 bathrooms and custom shelves for a shower niche next to be installed. We can’t use the shower for 48 hours. But I know if there are issues, they will rectify it. I believe their prices are fair. Kara is who I worked with in the office. Shane came out for the measurements. Along with another guy. I have gone blank on his name. The installers today were on time and professional. Cleaned up after the installation and shower spotless. This is my second time using them in 2 years. I will not hesitate to refer them or use them again.

They were quick and efficient. Low iron glass with shower guard (both premium options), single pane, brushed nickel non embossed clamps was the installation shown here. Amazing results. The company that did my shower (All American Flooring) contracted them out and they did an amazing job. Also they left a rubber ducky. :D
