Came here to get a quote and was quoted $4,000 more on average then the 3 other body shops i went to and that they would need it for 14 days vs 6-7 from all the other shops. I get paying more for quality craftsmanships and service but this seemed crazy to me

I contacted Signature Autobody this morning to ask for the name of their insurance company. The man (can't refer to him as a gentleman) I spoke with asked why I wanted that information. I told him so that I could contact them regarding body damage done to a vehicle in their shop for repair. He said "why would I give you that information?" to which I responded, because you are supposed to. He said he would not give me that information. I told him I would then obtain it from the state website after I contact the Bureau of Auto Repairs. He said "good luck with that" and hung up on me. What the heck?

They won over another customer for life. I'm thrilled with the work Signature Autobody did on my 2017 Mazda 3; they exceeded my expectations. I got my rear bumper repainted and a dent and paint scrape on my rear quarter panel fixed and it looks perfect; the paint match is excellent and the bumper was fit back onto the car expertly. They even fixed an issue with the the fit of my rear bumper, which was never fitted properly on the car from the day I drove it off the dealer lot. I drove from Woodland Hills down to Orange to get this work done, after a friend of mine had a fantastic experience getting his VW GTI repaired by their shop. He highly recommended them after his experience, and raved over how detailed they were with his repair to make sure his car looked excellent. Now, In my experience, I couldn't be more thrilled with the work they did for me as well; it was well worth the drive! Both James and Lawrence were extremely responsive and answered any questions I had. Lawrence was able to give me a preliminary estimate via text to start, since I lived so far away and since the damaged area was easy to review via photos I took for him. The price they quoted was in line with a few other quotes I had already gotten. Since I could only meet on weekends I was beyond grateful that James offered to meet me on a Saturday morning, literally with less than 12 hours notice, to drop off the car and to pick up the car once it was finished. To top it off, they even completed the job earlier than originally quoted. If you want the best and for your expectations to be exceeded by experts in their craft, then this is the place to go.

They do premium work here. I’ve taken my car here on several occasions and I have no complaints. Had a bumper repainted and a fender and bumper repaired and replaced. James and Lawrence were extremely professional to deal with and prompt in communication. If you’re paying out of pocket, they can be a bit pricey but if you’re going through insurance then price isn’t an issue. Get the best quality work you can to get your car repaired the right way.

Allen and the Signature team went above and beyond to bring my vehicle back to OEM specs after my recent accident. I truly appreciated Allen's constant communication and professionalism throughout the entire process. Allen went to battle with the other parties insurance to ensure we would receive all new OEM parts. My vehicle looked great upon return and needless to say, I was extremely happy with the overall results. Back in January I was rear-ended in my 2019 Golf R, 91 Blue Spektrum edition. Obviously I was distraught over the accident, but I was also very stressed about which auto body shop to pick for repairs. The color is special edition, and 1 of 12 here in the US. I wanted to make sure that wherever I got the work done, they'd do it well. Allen made this process headache free, with many updates and constant reassurance. I received my car back and aside from the mangled license plate you can't tell it was damaged. They matched the color as close to perfect as possible. I drove about 2.5 hours from where I live just to take it to these guys, and I'd do it again if I were to get in another accident. Can't thank these guys enough for not only taking phenomenal care of my car, but also working with my schedule. Sorry for the late review Allen, it had slipped my mind 🤦‍♂️ Bottom line, these guys do great work, and are very transparent and trustworthy. 10/10 experience!

Recently as I was checking my tire air pressure one morning, I noticed the paint/clearcoat was flaking from the inner edge of the rear bumper, facing the rear tire on the passenger's side. Upon closer examination, there was noticeable bubbling coming from underneath the paint. Strangely enough, this was only happening on that one side. The same area on the driver's side was normal. No bubbling/flaking at all. Contacted Signature and sent pictures via email. Allen responded and said this was "normal wear and tear" from driving and rock chips and there's nothing wrong with the paint work. Really dude?! Does this guy try to gaslight/BS every customer like this? When asked why the other side doesn't exhibit similar peeling, or why the front bumper which has rock chips doesn't peel or bubble he had no answers. Realizing that Allen is only there to answer phones and lie to customers, I asked him to forward the pictures to the owner Lawrence. The following day, Lawrence sends me an email stating he agrees with Allen's assessment and that this is normal damage from rock chips and that they’ve seen this on their customers’ vehicles before. He offers to speak over the phone regarding the matter. My husband called him back and the conversation did not go well. Lawrence's tone is immediately defensive and condescending. Lawrence called us "bad customers" since apparently he doesn’t like negative feedback and sarcastically offered a free car wash as a remedy for the peeling clearcoat. Keep in mind, we did not even ask him/them for anything; We just wanted to know why this was happening to the paint, which they provided no answers for. I’m certain they knew that the bubbling and peeling finish is due to poor QC, but they refuse to take accountability. Signature Autobody obviously doesn’t stand behind their work and once they have your money, they’ll tell you to go pound sand. The owner’s rude, dismissive, and condescending attitude (after he’s already been paid) makes it clear that he cares only about profit. Quality of work, customer service and integrity mean nothing to him. I ended up taking my car to the local Lexus collision center and they looked at the bubbling and flaking paint on the rear bumper and concluded it was from improper prep when the paint job was originally done. The bumper wasn't sanded properly in that area, which caused poor paint adhesion, leading to durability issues. The rock impacts from driving accelerated the wear in that area, but the root cause is poor workmanship by the shop that did the paint job. Signature Autobody flat out refuses to bear any responsibility, and they've already stated they don't want to hear from me any further, so I will just post this as a caution and warning to anyone considering bringing their car to Signature Autobody for repairs.

I had my door replaced due to an accident and they were extremely accommodating. They explained the whole process of insurance claims and pricing and made it very easy for me to understand. I had no idea how to deal with all this but they did all the work for me and contacted my insurance agency. The car now looks amazing and they even detailed a cleaning for me. Thanks so much guys!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I brought my vehicle to get repaired after being struck in a parking lot and they ordered the wrong front bumper causing a massive delay in the repairs BUT that's not even what gets them a 0/5. They illegally parked my vehicle on the side of their shop in a FIRE LANE only to get hit by a parts delivery truck which totaled my car. Lawrence the owner denies any liability even though the vehicle was under their care. If you love your car, do yourself a favor and get it fixed somewhere else. I bet they don't park their shops formula red NSX in a fire lane but they have the audacity to charge my insurance for "storage" each day it was there and they can't cover the cost for a rental. It's been months and I still don't have a car.. I should have never taken my car here, no wonder they aren't a AAA trusted body shop.

Allen and his team are fantastic! I installed a hitch onto my Tesla Model Y myself and needed help putting the car back together. I felt so weird asking for help. Allen never made me feel uncomfortable and his team put my car back together in under an hour! I'd have attached pictures, but the car looks like it came back from the factory, so there's nothing to show! Communication was A+. I also need to add that I'm a soccer mom. I let Allen know that I would have my kids with me while the repair was being done and he was so helpful arranging the schedule around me and even suggested a nearby lunch location I could take the kids to. Personal service goes a loooong way in my book! I highly recommend Signature Autobody and they will be my go-to shop from now on.
