Ok. WOW. Right out of the gate, I was treated with respect. Steve, the owner, greeted me over the phone very pleasantly. At approximately 1000, I explained the situation with my Freightliner Cascadia starter and shared my time constraints because of a load I had to PU by 1830. I further shared with Steve that I was at the Pilot Truck Stop (5.5 miles away) right next to Freightliner; literally, next door. I told Steve based on FL reviews that I would not allow them to touch my rig. Apparently, Silver Eagle's reviews are 100% accurate. I shared that with Steve, as well; that I was there specifically because of their reviews. Upon arrival, Steve greeted me, again, very professionally. He introduced me to Charlie, the man that would be addressing my mechanical issues. Charlie, also very friendly, was real straight forward in his approach and communication. Moments later, I was informed of the price. I authorized it. I almost past out when Charlie announced that that price included labor and everything out the door. They referred me to a small Mexican Cafe, Ajo Cafe, right around the corner. Will update when work is complete. Update: Friendly. Honest. Trustworthy. I do NOT give out those accolades lightly. I neither want to be ripped off nor do I want ANY hard working truck driver ripped off. Steve invited me to sit in his office. We chatted. He educated me on my rig. He is genuine. Furthermore, I called him the next day from my home to ask his advice on a concern I was having. Again, he asked me how I was doing and had that sincere tone of, "I'm glad to hear from you'" in his voice, then proceeded to address my concern. I will be looking for loads that take me to Phoenix or Tucson when I need work done on my rig. My wife agreed with me after sharing my experience with Steve; I would deadhead over 400 miles, if needed, to have Steve's crew work on my rig. Thanks Steve and Charlie. You've been a priceless find. I am glad I stopped by this stablishment, I did not mind the wait as they were extremely busy and still were able to accommodate me. Raul was great and gave me options and the problem was solved. Steve is great and nice to have a conversation, there is no pressure of anyone like other place I visited prior to. Thanks guys !!!

I came in and requested a full service and personally motion to Steve that I wanted my tire pleasure check and wanted to do my regen with the oil change and I received called and was told that my truck was ready when I came in they didn’t check the tires or the regen so I decided to stop in the next day the next day I walk up to Steve and asked him. He introduce me to another mechanic to check my tire pleasure and wait for raul for the regen. raul arrived and double check my tire pleasure for me and was nice but forgot his regen machine at home and was told to return in the morning I was like cool I give $40 bucks tip and left. I came the next morning and was inform that Rual is off till the next morning. The next morning my fourth time in the shop Raul finally finished my regen I was happy and paid Raul tip again lol and I left. I didn’t complain or anything I didn’t even think I need a to speak to Steve about the fact that they almost took a whole week to do simple service on my truck. The next time I came into the shop Steve thought the money I paid Raul as a tip was actually for different services and accused me of getting my truck fix and driving off and wouldn’t even listen to me to explain to him that I came into shop four different times for the same service that he already had charged me and was suppose to be done the first day; I didn’t have to keep coming in.

definitely one of the few truck shops left in this country with some knowledge, dignity, quality and speed. I had my truck in there for some coolant and thermostat repair. The gentleman Steve is the owner there and had first hand-on experience with breakdowns and headaches being a owner - operator. No runaround, very decent pricing, and most important to me was the knowledge and quality work performed by this shop. Thank You for being one of the few! You will have my business again.

Brought in my truck for an unknown overheating issue involving the passenger inner dually. They found, under all the road grime and caked on grease leaking from it- a broken bracket on the driver's side. This wasn't something I could see at all, the mechanic noticed the brakes were off a bit. Basically, the broken bracket wasn't letting another item do its job of fully retracting the brakes, leading to a slight drag and over heating - on the PASSENGER side. This has been a problem for a couple of years, so THANK YOU for figuring this out and fixing it!

Had my overhead adjustment done here on my semi truck few months back, took it out first trip , 100 miles into the trip truck started acting up, missfiring, took it back to the shop. Injector rocker arm broke. They replaced it, out of my own pocket cost ofcourse. 2nd trip in truck starts missfiring again, barely made it to another shop. They took it apart and 4 of 6 injectors were broken, Silver eagle mechanic didnt clean the debre from the broken injector rocker arm andddd the adjustment was soo out of spec( way too tight) im lucky engine didnt blow up. $6500 dollars later in injector repairs and re-adjustments, im back on the road. Went back to Steve with the receipt of the repairs, all he said was "stuff happens" and after some word exchange with him, he rudely told me to take him to court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE. Steve is a good talker, bad bad bussinesman. If these guys cant do a basic valve adjustment i dont trust them with any mechanical work on anything regarding semi trucks. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

If you have a problem with your truck in the Tucson, AZ area, don't look for a dealer. Just call Silver Eagle Truck and Trailer Repairs. I've been dealing with this shop over 3 years and I haven't had any problems. The owner, Steve, used to driver over-the-road so he knows exactly what you need. His price is always more than reasonable, jump on your truck right away, and get you out as soon as he can. He understands that sitting around your truck for days won't make you money! If you are in a need of great and quick service, try this shop. They won't disappoint you!!! Good luck and be safe out there!

Received a DOT annual inspection here. Steve was a big help at getting me fit in to the very busy schedule. And it's only 75 bucks to get an annual inspection done here. Most places charge 100 or more. Great customer service will definitely be coming back.

I would bring my Semi here anytime. Hopefully I won't have to..lol very reasonable very friendly and know what he is talking about. Fixed my window when nobody else could and fixed a few other things. All for $150. Beat that anywhere else!!!
