Giving them one star was hard, the customer service just doesn’t exist. I called AAA to unlock my car and this company was contacted by them. The driver pretty much told me that they took the call but was 3hrs away and told me to “figure it out”.

I contacted AAA for a tow this morning at 8:50 and was told I would be picked up with in an hour. 3 hours later I was a bit irritated with the wait, but Mikey the tow truck driver from simonellis informed me they had someone who was still learning the system and that could be why it took some time. Frustrating but as someone who trains people as part of my job... i get it. Now normally if I have my truck or car towed the tow experience is awkward and quiet and can be pretty uncomfortable. But Mikey was very outgoing and made the ride very comfortable and complelty changed my over all experience. Highly recommend this company, I was very happy with my service regardless of the wait time! Thanks mikey!

I witnessed the definition of Masshole driving this morning by a guy driving a tow truck for this company. He forced his way out into oncoming traffic on Hwy 44 in Taunton, cutting people off in both lanes. He tailgated the person in front of him, then ignored the rule when his lane ended and cut into my lane, almost forcing me into the car to my left. He continued to tailgate the person in front of him until he turned into a car wash in Raynham. I pray I never need a tow anywhere this company serves because I will not use them. This guy should have thought twice before driving like that with his employer’s name on the vehicle.

Prompt service and great attention to detail. My car's brake line was broken the other day and all my brake fluid leaked out - thence I had no brakes! Simonelli's came earlier than the time the AAA rep. had stated and promptly took my car off to the garage I directed them to. Knowing that the brakeless car would skid right off the tow truck and crash into the wall of the next building over, Chris the tow driver was smart enough to put two large tires against the wall so that the car would hit them with impact instead. These guys are professionals who know what they're doing.

These guys are amazing, especially Dave!! When literally EVERYONE in the area was turning me down because they were "too busy" or it was too close to "closing time".... Dave towed me back to their shop, which was closed.... And him and another guy from the shop made sure my car was safe enough to drive me & my son home. It was an easy fix for them, but what really mattered was when everyone else was saying no, they stepped up! Hands down these guys are definitely the ones to turn too!!

The gentleman that helped me was very communcative and contacted me when he was on the way and when he was arriving. He was incredibly kind when I was having the worst time with another tow company and patience with the situation when they lost my keys. It made his job harder but he was really sweet about it. I will definitely be calling again and recommending!
